I must say that I had a misunderstanding with the young lady in this shop, it was my fault due to not getting a proof on an item I purchased....but they were extremely nice to rectify the situation.....I go here for all my office needs and they go above and beyond to help me in every way..... excellent customer service and reasonable prices.....thank you both for dealing with people like me!
