I really did not have the best experience. I bought Sterling Silver a Claddagh ring for approx $40. And as much as I loved the design, after less than an hour of wearing it, it turned my finger green. That’s just ridiculous. I’m allergic to copper and while I recognize that Sterling Silver is a mix of metals (9.25 = 92.5% Silver) the amount of copper is usually so low that I don’t have a reaction, especially in higher end sterling silver (which for $40 I assumed it would be).But I only know it turned my finger green because it started to hurt and so I had to take it off. Honestly, I have 15+ sterling silver rings that I have bought for a range of $5-$130 and none have turned my finger green as fast as this one. I’m so disappointed. For the cost, I wasn’t expecting real silver but I was expecting better than this.

The older rotund lady who runs it is rather rude, arrogant, and unappreciative of customers. Plus you can just buy directly from Keith jack for better prices. I am not surprised the store closed down.

Great products! Havent been able to get down to north van but havent had any issues getting products safely shipped to me in a timely manner. I havent taken my two necklaces off since I got them months ago, sleep shower etc very rough on my jewelry and they've help up. no discoloration and I myself am very sensitive to lower quality jewelry. They carry my favorite brand that stores here also do and still beat the prices including shipping. Very grateful for their business! Highly recommend

Wonderful products, I got me a celtic ring in 2019 and it's the most beautiful piece I bought as a souvenir from my journey. Would definitely visit this place again.

Had a wonderful experience at Celtic Creations. Went in looking for a special gift for my wife on our 25th anniversary on a trip to Vancouver. I didn't have a lot of time and the staff there went above and beyond on several occasions. They were out of stock on one special item (i bought all 3 and needed a 4th item) and they (Helen R) offered to send it to me when it was ordered - no extra charge. I will definitely stop into the shop the next time I'm in Vancouver. (If I were an octopus it would be 8 thumbs)

The jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and very unique. Haven't come across designs like these anywhere else. The service was also great. Due to covid, we had to make an appointment to come in. Ladies working there were lovely, very helpful, and patient. I took my time choosing and am very happy with what we got. Absolutely recommend

Overall, this is my to-go place when it comes to jewelry! :)I find the designs really unique and beautiful, and as there is a wide selection of different styles it's easy to find yours. Add to that that the owner/staff is always super friendly and helpful and you see the 5 stars are well deserved.

Keith and Helen helped Cindy and I with my wedding ring selection. Its a very beautiful piece. I love it. We have also bought the daughters some nice pieces from thier beautiful collection.... Amazing service and selection. If you’re looking for jewelry that is beautiful and unique, you need to go there. I surprised my wife with a visit and she loves her jewelry she got there. I will definitely be going back next time I’m in Vancouver.

Honestly such good quality and service. My engagement ring is from here and I absolutely adore it, I've gotten so many compliments on the uniqueness of the ring. We have gone in a few times to look at wedding bands and they always greet us with a smile and treat us very well. We will sure be back!
