I was very disappointed with their service, they lost my deed of sale, and advertised that they were sent by mail, but there was no phone call, no any email notification, and they couldn't even give me a tracking number, and they even asked me to pay extra high fees to recreate the original version, in short, I was very disappointed with their service

Excessive and ambiguous charges, not returning calls to their customers, totally non courteous, all in all a very bad place to avoid at all costs. I had no choice to use their services because I was the seller of the house, but I definitely will never go again.

This place is a joke.Their costs are astronomical compared to boutique firms downtown. Their location is also dingy and rather a joke for a notary's office.They're also quite late for appointments. Avoid at all costs.

Canceled appointments four times without notifying us until we showed up at thier office, misinformed us on bank procedures and just an armature service. The price was amature a professional rate though. I will never go back...
