I live nearby and have been using this for quite long. My review is based on multiple visits and sour experiences.The laundromat is pretty nice. Both price wise and quality of machine wise. Even the staff is good, however the ladies working in evening closes the store at 8:30. If you enter at 7:30 they wont allow you to put the washed clsoed in dryer for 1 hr cycle...they will in a way force you to divide your load into 5-6 different dryers and put on 25 min cycle as they want to leave by 8:15.This is really crazy as people plan their timing as per store open hours registed on google...they even place a big board on entrance door mentioning timing are 7 am to 9 am. We are closed board is placed around 6:30"I want the owner to look into this and fix this."

Laundry Town Canada is exceptionally clean laundromat with friendly, helpful employees. Brought several large loads of laundry recently and since I haven't been to a laundromat in years, I wasn't sure which capacity machines best suited the amount of laundry I had. The employee on duty was very helpful and friendly to talk with. This facility will wash, dry and fold/hang your clothes by the pound -- that's a good deal! Very reasonable price. I'm glad I found such a nice place. I am so impressed!

Great facilities and clean environment. I let my laundry pile get out of hand and needed the big washers to get everything washed in one go. The prices are quite reasonable. I used the facility after work (5pm, Monday) and found it wasn't too busy at this time. It got a bit busier after I was done (6:30).

Nice large machine they have also wash and fold here for you. Only one problem they dont allow washing after 7pm which sucks for working people I cant wash a work uniform to have in morning to work major inconveniences for most of us!

I have been going here for years and lately have been really disappointed as most of the dryers barley dry and then tonight I was met with the worst customer service by the attendant on duty this evening.I had 3 dryers going and of the 3 none of them completely dried but there was one where it was obvious that the heat was not working (70B) as the clothes were still wet and cool to the touch after 60 mins on high.When I asked the attendant on duty to provide me with additional quarters as I needed to move to a new dryer and was not going to put any more money she stuck her hand in and said the dryer was fine and hot and it was because I had put too many clothes in which was a lie as it was the same load amount I have put many many times before and I asked the lady doing laundry beside me to confirm I was right which she did as she too was having issues with getting her clothes dried and only had 7 items in her dryer and was met with the same excuse the dryer was too full by the attendant.She then made me give her my contact information for the $2.00 she gave me and when I asked her to have the Manager/Owner contact me, she raised her voice to me saying I was always giving her a hard time and trouble when I went in (I had never talked to this lady before other than a Hi and Bye) and she proceeded to tell me that as I only used the facilities to dry my clothes and not wash them I was someone how less then the other customers, like wth.I told her I was through with interacting with her and would wait for management to contact me and she proceeded to discuss the matter loudly with other patrons telling them I was always causing trouble which is disgusting.I am throughly disgusted and disappointed with how I was treated and how the nice lady beside me was treated by this lady that I will no longer be attending at this facility and will find somewhere else to take my clothes to dry.

this is a good laundry. their machines are pretty good and clean very well. the customer service is good too, whenever I have an issue with the machines.

Good laundry, clean and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. But there is one staff that is so rude. I always come here as this is closer to my place but this particular staff assigned on weekdays doesn’t know customer service. One incident happen is I got yelled at getting coins? Come on I’m always washing here. Then just recently I got yelled again because the machine I’m using is leaking, and pointing out it’s my fault but it’s clearly a machine problem. My goodness, she is so unprofessional.

Biggest nicest laundry place iv been to. They so have wash n fold service. Washrooms wifi TV restaurants nearby. Vending machines. Everything you need.

I always do wash and fold. All the staff are so nice and take care of my clothes so well
