I had a phenomenal experience using Mike’s service! I requested a quote for hanging 3 heavy mirrors (2x 35lbs, 1x 20lbs) in a new condo, that has metal studs in the walls. Early the next day, Mike sent me a quote, came by, and hung all of the mirrors efficiently and precisely! He was done within the hour, which flew by, as he is friendly and also spoke about what he was doing, the how and why, as well as what other work he could complete for me in the future. I hired Mike to paint my condo walls, mount my TV, lights and other various tasks. Nothing was done properly.Mike mounted my TV using just 3 drywall anchors and refused to mount it into the studs because they are metal (which is silly). He used massive washers so I can't even collapse my stand properly. He didn’t fix this after I brought it to his attention.My walls weren’t painted properly, he got paint on my ceiling, baseboards and sofa (which I can’t get off). He even painted half the wall behind my fridge and then stopped. Probably because I told him NOT to paint my kitchen... but he never corrected this mistake when he made it. So sloppy.I noticed yesterday that one of my ceiling lights wasn’t installed properly and is totally slanted.Susan did a decent job fixing the pillar Mike painted, but it’s still far from perfect. She said he didn't use the proper method.Overall his work was extremely unprofessional and I feel like I threw away $2000. The painting was supposed to be done in 2 days, but lasted 2 weeks because he kept on coming back for repairs. I got so fed up near the end that I hired someone else and paid them $750 to fix Mike's mistakes.I can never recommend Mike. See photos attached of the kind of work he did.Update:In response to Mike's reply to this review, what's strange is that he's not sharing this story here - I would love to hear what he comes up with! Whatever his excuse is, there is never a reason for such sloppy work. I was always kind and courteous to him, and he ripped me off. The photos I posted here speak for themselves.

Mike was tasked with working on a condo belonging to my business partner, and the outcome was far from satisfactory. His lack of attention to detail and overall craftsmanship was evident in the final result. The work was sloppy, with noticeable errors and an overall lack of care. It was evident that Mike did not take pride in his work or strive for excellence.However, what truly shocked me was Mike's response when my business partner left a negative review regarding his services. Instead of taking it as an opportunity for reflection and improvement, Mike chose to retaliate in an unjust and spiteful manner. What makes this situation even more perplexing is the fact that the business did not hire Mike. Yet, he felt compelled to tarnish our business's reputation by leaving an entirely unwarranted negative review.This vindictive behavior is completely unprofessional and speaks volumes about Mike's character and integrity. A true professional would accept criticism gracefully and use it to grow and improve. Unfortunately, Mike demonstrated a complete lack of maturity and the inability to handle feedback constructively.Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and potential damage to your own reputation. It would be wise to seek out a competent professional who takes pride in their work and conducts themselves with integrity. Unfortunately, Mike falls short in these crucial areas, and I strongly advise against engaging his services.

Mike was fantastic. Arrived early and got right to the work. Hung a couple of pictures fixed/glued some of the floor all at no charge!!! Waiting now on a quote to fix some flooring. Would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

Mike is amazing! I reached out to him on a Friday, he got back to me right away and scheduled me in for Monday. He mounted a TV on a concrete wall and installed four set of zebra blinds. The blinds were a challenge that we had given up on but Mike was an absolute legend and got them all up! He will be my first call for any other home projects and highly recommend him.
