This Dr gave me my life back. We need more Dr's like this gem. From the minute you walk in the office you can feel you are in good hands. When you walk out you realize that you are in great hands.No long waits for appointments and I felt heard when I discussed my issues. I received genuine help on solving my problems.

Dr. Frank is great! He and the nurse I had during my procedure must be the nicest and most helpful Canadians I have ever met. They were patient, polite but not too serious and could crack a joke! This created a very relaxing environment for me, as I felt I was in good hands.

The negative reviews should be taken at face value and the positive as if they are friends and family of Dr. Frank. Will never go here again and never let anyone I care about see him. The way he treats you is absolutely disgusting, he should not be treating women.

As many people, I was nervous seeing a gynecologists for the first time but Dr. Frank and his team made me feel very comfortable. I felt like I was being listened to, Dr. Frank made it very clear that it's my body and I make the choices. I'm so grateful and thankful to have a doctor like him.

Dr.Frank is the one of the worst professionals I had met, I'm confused how an older doctor would treat patients like that: I have a bad waist pain and could not lie down to sleep. Dr Frank only met me very briefly at the walk-in and prescribed some random medicine - that was three months ago. Three months I could not sleep on the bed, I saw him four times and I tried contacting them many times, but got nothing treated. Compareing the same treatment I had in Winnipeg, I feel ashamed of Dr Frank, he showed absolutely no concerns of patients' sufferings. He gets very impatient when talking, not showing any respect or politeness to foreigners.

Unfortunately he is very short with me. 5 minute appointments are not acceptable! He talks over you as well.I'm sure he does his best but cramming 1000 women into his appointments and not resolving them is not good practice. Poor bedside manner. He needs to retire.

Dr. Frank is absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner. What I love the most is that he asks a lot of questions and actually listens to my answers/concerns. Very grateful to be in his care.

Dr Frank was amazing.He diagnosed and fixed an issue I'd been suffering with for 4 years. I finally feel normal again...and I have him to thank.He's very kind, attentive and cares:)I love that his office isn't in a typical medical building.Thanks Dr Frank!
