Market Tea
Visited Market Tea for the first time yesterday. What a great experience! Sampled some tasty green tea, learned some interesting facts about various tea blends, and went home with some yummy teas. Bourbon Street Vanilla is a treat!So happy to have discovered Market Tea and will certainly return!

Visited Market for the fist time last weekend. I ordered a chai latte and the owner told me there was matcha in it, which I normally hate. He told me if I didn't like my tea then he would give me my money back right there and then. I ordered the tea, and while he was making it gave me valuable knowledge about tea and was overall very friendly and open to questions. Once my tea was done, I tasted it and it was probably the best tea I've ever drank. He then not only preceded to give me a sample of his Cochin Masala Chai, but wrote down exactly what temperature I should boil the water at, how long to steep for and what percentage of milk I should add! It was like a tea prescription lol. I will absolutely be returning and I suggest anyone passionate about tea to try him out!

Fantastic selection of great quality teas at reasonable prices. The owner is lovely and knowledgeable - we went home with some oolong and Ceylon tea, both very fragrant. Ordered the house special matcha to go as well, super delicious!!

They know their tea!!!! Glen has been in business for 14 years and you can tell. We had the green tea of the day and a matcha latte. I’m not a huge tea drinker but you could really taste the quality compared to David’s Tea or common grocery brands. Ended up buying some Chocolate mint black tea for my home and it’s replaced my mid day coffee!
