My boyfriend went to fix his flat tire on his bike, ending being more broken then before. He went 3 times in less then 2weeks thinking it might have been him but now there is metal parts broken

Always good service, attentive and patient staff AND great knowledge on bikes! This is my go to local bike store and I leave satisfied and confident with the items I purchased. I initially came here a few years ago to buy my first bike and left with a Sirrus, helmet, lock and lights and keep coming back for tune-ups and other accessories.This store never disappoints!

The service level and expertise at Néron is next level. They took care of our bike issue right away, determined within mins our problem, fixed it on the spot and we were out of there within 20 mins. I’ve been to many bike stores and Néron is the best by far.

I went there to repair my wife's bike, it was done quickly and for a very reasonable price. I also went there to get a new seat as I am new to biking and the bike seat was hurting me. They showed me the right seat to get, how to adjust it, tighten it and were overall just super friendly and incredibly helpful. Excellent service, will always go there for any of my bike needs

I bought a hybrid bike here at a reasonable price and received friendly service. I returned a week later for repairs after a minor collision. The repairs were done in a timely fashion and the fee was waived and counted as an in-warranty service call. I found that to be a great way to treat a customer and gain loyalty. I will definitely return for all of my cycling needs.

Kudos to the excellent customer service provided by the staff who answered all my questions and guided me towards my purchase. I would highlight Anthony who was laid back and super helpful to a bike newbie like myself. I recommend anyone interested in taking up cycling as a hobby to go visit this store!

Costemer service is terrible.Wanted to return a pair of cycling shoes that weren’t to my liking and were exceptionally uncomfortable and Chloe( Costemer service ) basically told me nicely to go fly a kiteand that they won’t do anything to help me. If your going to buy something there make sure not to count on good after sale service !

I went last year (2020) for my bike tune up and asked for good resisting long lasting tires. They installed Armadillos saying they were very good. Well... they lasted a year and two months... Service used to be impeccable. This year when I went in April it wasn't that great. Don't plan on returning.
