Nick and his team were efficient and service was excellent. I couldn’t be happier with the mirror wall we had installed for our home gym. Nick was very pleasant to work with, and delivered/installed everything within a tight schedule.. Highly recommended!

Nick was great to deal with and replaced our glass shower door under warranty very quickly. We were really happy with the service and pricing. Definitely will get this company to replace another shower door in future and will recommend them too. ✅

Awful experience with Nick at Cavallo glass.He installed chipped glass in our shower and also installed mismatched handles for our shower.He at least sanded out the chip, but now we have one curved corner on the shower door and every other corner of the shower is square.It’s been months of being ghosted by him and I’m beyond frustrated. We have a beautiful new steam shower that looks awful due to his lack of detail and extremely poor customer service.I’m not sure why he thinks that installing mismatched hardware on the glass shower is acceptable. But it’s not. For some reason one of the bars is square and the other is round. He is the one that recommend the size and style of the handles. He measured, cut the holes and ordered the parts and now won’t fix HIS mistake!!!He refuses to answer calls from our contractor or us. All I want is matching handles! I’m not asking for a lot!I recommend getting a quote else where and saving yourself the headache. He doesn’t follow through with the promises he makes and you’ll end up with a botched bathroom like we did.

My new glass shower wall looks beautiful and was perfectly installed. Cavallo Glass & Mirror provided great advice, communication was prompt and friendly, and the installation was completed at the promised time. Nick provided great service replacing our bathroom mirror at an extremely fair price. He was friendly, courteous, and the installation was fast and meticulous. We would not hesitate to use Cavallo Glass and mirror services again.

Nick and team did a great job on our steam shower. Laser measured, complete professional. He even came back to seal all the little joints - he is a perfectionist. I would not hesitate to use Nick and team, and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely awful experience with business owner Nick or (Elliot). Said he would do a custom mirror and still have not seen it.He is a master fraud and all-around completely untrustworthy person. I think he would be poorly mistaken to do any business with this man.

Worst installation job I’ve ever seen. had to re-pay to get it done properly right after. Not to mention they were three days later than agreed-upon installation date. Absolutely would not recommend this glass company to anyone with good sense. You’d be best taking your business anywhere else. Honestly could’ve done a better job myself.

Nick installed 2 bathtub shower doors and a wall mirror in my place. He did an excellent job. He used 12mm thick glass for the doors which is very sturdy and looks amazing. The wall for the mirror was not quite rectangular, but he measured it out to fit perfectly. His pricing was very reasonable and he did the job on time. I would go to Cavallo Glass anytime again. I wish all trades would be so reliable and trust worthy.
