We are happy to use a local supplier for repairs out of scope of our Village and advice as needed. We purchase the equipment from Martin Deerline in Edmonton as we deal with a Municipal Sales Representative who is extremely helpful in discussing our requirements, and recommend equipment upgrades where necessary.

We had a very good experience purchasing a sub-compact tractor from Martin Deerline Wetaskiwin. Friendly staff, Sheldon (sales) was very helpful and answered all our questions. Also delivery of the equipment was great. Delivery person shared a few tips also which was appreciated.

I used to work here and it was o.k.Now as customer I am very satisfied with the Parts department and especially the very friendly staff all the way around. I don't have too many dealings with service, but I am being helped and assisted just fine the few times I needed them. Very young service staff.

Always and I say always make sure when someone purchases some new equipment to have a full tank of fuel. It's a great gesture and leaves a nice impression of the company. Do you really want to leave someone who spent $×××××.×× on something to remember that as a memory? In my case we are talking about 25 dollars in diesel. Food for thought.
