Stirling Dining Room and Lounge
First trying this beautiful restaurant and it didn't disappoint. The service was great and fairly quick even though the food came out a bit slow. The food was very good and delicious. My burger was a bit salty so they gave us two complementary desserts instead which were amazing. The desserts were so well and so delicious I would go there again just for them. Over all it was an great expirence and looking forward to going there again when I go to banff

Stirling Dining Room and Lounge
We had dinner here on two of our three night stay and the service was excellent. The food was well prepared and well presented. The two bartenders who served us were both young fellows from UK and both named James. They were friendly, welcoming, funny and entertaining all while hustling to keep up with the rush of orders from the inside and outside dining areas. The patio views were spectacular but they could benefit from more comfortable seating.

Great food, great staff. Had the King Malcolm burger and it was way too much for one person but I finished it. Definitely an experience. Would recommend.

We visited around 11am wanting a nice breakfast and instead were treated rather rudely by the host. All they could offer us was a $34 smorgasbord (each) and when we tried to inquire about dietary restrictions they were unhelpful to say the least. If you're looking for breakfast look somewhere else.

My husband and I spent our first Anniversary dinner at The Stirling Lounge. We arrived to The Stirling Lounge, greeted by the wonderful Anthony who brought us to our table, covered in rose petals for this special occasion. Lucky for us, Sunday was Prime Rib Special day and we were so lucky to indulge. We tried a couple of drinks from their cocktail menu (I had the cranberry cucumber colins and my husband had the barrel aged cocktail which was an old fashioned with a Stirling twist both of which were amazing). We started our 3 course meal with a minestrone soup which was thick, full of vegetables and flavourful. Our main was the prime rib and words cannot describe how delicious it truly was. All we can say is that it was the best prime rib we ever had. For dessert we each had a different selection from the dessert menu so we could each try something different. We felt bad eating them they were so pretty however we were glad we did. Our complements to the team behind the doors creating, preparing, and cooking all of the delicious food, you are not forgotten. Thank you to the bartenders for the wonderful drinks that we indulged in during our dinner, and a huge Thank you to Anthony for being a wonderful host and making our first anniversary a memorable one.

Never disappoints! After a day out hiking, my daughters and I stopped in for lunch. Service was exceptional and our server recommended some excellent items! Bacon clothesline poutine, beef bites, key lime pie, sticky toffee pudding were fantastically good. We also equally enjoyed Caesar salad with prawns and the French onion soup. Being able to sit by the picture windows and enjoy the view of Ha-ling and Miner's peak mountains was the cherry on top of a wonderful dining experience.

Visited on xmas. Hoster Insisted to order xmas package($85 per person) told us that there were only limited menu.poor explanation of menu (confirmed the rip supposed to come with bone but it wasnt). Order rare beef and medium rare. But it was blue. Oh veg was uncookedWhen we complained the food, waitress told us to come back tomorrow then she will provide normal menu. Spent over $200 for nothing. Thanks to have worst xmas

From the person who greeted us the door through the server the staff was exceptional. The food was outstanding! The menu prices over premium for many other Canmore restaurants but worth every penny.Quite patio with beautiful views, calming atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Where to start?! I wish I could give this place 10 stars… they deserve it!My friends and I visited from Ottawa/Vancouver for a girls weekend (May6-8) and we treated ourselves to a dinner and the amazing Mother’s Day brunch!Our experience, from beginning to end, was by far, the best… and we have Cody to thank for that! He was so attentive, well spoken, very professional and made us feel very important! He managed to move things around so he could accommodate my group for the Mother’s Day brunch… for which we didn’t have a reservation for. We were also extremely impressed with what he was able to do and it was definitely the highlight of our trip. The quality and selection of the food items was impressive! It was, hands down, the best brunch my friends and I had.I also want to acknowledge our fabulous waiter during our dinner, Tabatha! She was attentive, professional, amicable and knowledgeable!All in all, we had an amazing experience for both dinner and the Mother’s Day brunch. We will definitely be back…
