Very satisfied not just with grinder and espresso machine but with awesome and professional service. Over the last year I called a few times and received great step by step customer service.

I was hesitant to order such a high priced item online. I scoured the internet relentlessly. These guys are listed authorized distributors for Rocket, had the best price online, and incidentally the best customer service anywhere.I would absolutely recommend ZCafe for any specialty espresso purchase. This is one of the most friendly, organized and helpful companies I have ever dealt with.

Placed an order for an E61 grouphead thermometer shortly after the heavy floods in BC. I don't know if that had a huge impact on them or not, but they ended up shipping it from their Ontario warehouse and it arrived fairly quick given the weather here. Their prices remain competitive and I'd have no hesitation ordering from them again.

Initially I had some major issues with these guys. There were issues with shipments and their timelines. They took my complaint very seriously and after some communication I received a call from the owner. He was very apologetic and aware of the shipping issues present at this time.They face many issues with quality of delivery using different carriers as he explained to me. If you face delays it isn't due to Z Cafe's processing time it is due to the carrier. They truly want their customers to have a good experience however they are suffering from issues with shipping carriers.It is not very often that you get to see the concern and attention of customer related items. A+ for customer service.

I live in Edmonton and bought the machine from them in Kelowna because they had the best price online for the Rocket Appartamento. Following prompt shipping, I had an issue with a manufacturing defect (not their fault), but the 24/7 tech support was there to talk me through either fixing it myself or shipping it to their Alberta partner in Calgary. I ended up swapping machines with the dealer in Calgary, who had equally outstanding customer service as a representative of ZCafe. There is a reason they are one of the select few authorized Rocket dealers in Canada, outstanding service and I would recommend them highly.

Love my rocket R58. After receiving it, I got a call from them to ensure I follow the specs for the installation. Shipping was fast and price really competitive

Terrific experience dealing with these guys. Ordered a big heavy espresso machine last year with them for shipping in Quebec. A few hours later I get an email from someone at Zcafe giving me insight on how to take care of my machine (the specific one I had ordered) and prime it correctly. I had questions about how to best plumb the machine and filter the water, and they were all promptly answered by someone who was clearly very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend, they seem to care for real.
