When I needed a backup sump pump to prepare for a storm, I called my go-to plumbing company and they were up to the challenge just like they always are. Their plumber had worked at my home several times prior, so he was already familiar with my system and he was very friendly and eager to explain how everything worked in great detail. He took the time to ensure I understood the process before leaving, which was much appreciated. It's no wonder why this plumbing company is highly recommended - their quality service speaks for itself.

Blue Sea Plumbing & Heating did a great job responding to my request to fix a pipe clog that created a huge problem in my ability to clean dishes or wash clothes. On a Sunday none the less. They scheduled the appointment immediately and followed through with the scheduled time, which was within an hour of my call. Tech showed up, assessed the situation, went to work and fixed the problem in less than hour. Very personable guy with a lot of knowledge about plumbing. I would definitely recommend this place! Awesome experience!!

Their service tech was awesome. Extremely polite and very professional. He explained his plan of attack and the cost prior to starting the work and didn't charge a penny more upon completion. I would highly recommend to anyone in the future. Oh, I'm a retired contractor so I know how hard it is to find good reputable people that do quality work. Thanks again Blue Plumbing.

In preparing for a storm, I needed a service for a backup sump pump. So, I called my go-to plumbing company. Their plumber had worked at my home several times before, so he was familiar with my set up. As always, he was friendly and took the extra time to explain how the system to me and how it will work. Highly recommended.

I appreciated that they gave me an approximate water heater installation quote (I purchased the water heater separately) without needing to come out to my house. When their technician came, he was professional, competent and didn't mind me watching the work (because I'm curious). I was so comfortable with him that I had him do additional plumbing work (replace house regulator and ball valve). I would highly recommend them.
