Ask for MO had a great experience at Nissan because of him. Came just to look around and see what cars would possibly be a good fit and MO came out greeted me. Never pushed me to put money down to hold the car he was extremely professional and after running numbers Mo got me into a 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. Thank you MO

We stopped in out of curiosity with no intention to purchase a vehicle. Josh came outside and greeted us immediately and introduced us to a vehicle that we had completely overlooked - the Nissan Kicks. This vehicle meets all the important criteria that we needed and we are so happy. Very pleased with the entire experience and the exceptional service and attention of everyone.

I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience than what I had at Niagara Falls Nissan. From the moment I walked in, it felt very welcoming. Abdul was super friendly and incredibly helpful, talking me through the entire process and ensuring that all my questions were answered. I really feel like he went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before when buying a vehicle! At no point did I feel any pressure and Abdul kept me informed of my vehicle’s status as I awaited its arrival. Everyone in the dealership seemed genuinely happy for me when I picked up my vehicle, which is something I’ve never encountered at other dealerships. I look forward to continuing to see all of these individuals in the coming years!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Abdul made sure I found the vehicle I was looking for and guided me towards getting a new Rogue. It fit all my requirements in a vehicle and I had walked in not knowing what I wanted to buy. Mike and Tim were both very helpful as well and explained all the steps to me in full detail to make sure there was no confusion across the board. The service department also seems so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere when you walk in is like no other dealerships. I had to shop around many places before I felt comfortable purchasing my baby from this dealership. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The service department is top notch. Kayla is exceptional and so helpful. The staff are kind and always go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. I have visited many Nissans in Southern Ontario and Niagara Nissan is where I drive to because of the staff and experience. Worth the hour and a half drive! Thank you for being amazing :)
