my friend introduced me to graceful about 4-5 years ago, and i love coming here.during the last year and a half, with things being mostly shut down sporadically, i did try a couple of other places because i couldn't get to graceful when they were open since they were really busy, and i regretted it each time.graceful is the best.the girls here are wonderful. they take their time to make sure everything is done properly and expertly. and their quality always outlasts other places i've been.

My first visit to the spa, let alone getting a pedicure! They accommodated me by squeezing me into their schedule despite calling in last-minute! I got a regular pedicure done! It’s a calm and peaceful environment! They were polite! Definitely will be coming back!

Today will be the last time I come to this salon after being a loyal customer since Grace first opened this salon. I used to get my nails done with Grace when she used to work at Agincourt Mall. I got my nails done last Sunday with Sandy and my nail broke within a week...I had to go back to get it fixed. I went back on a Saturday. Again, two days later another two nails broke...I visited today being Tuesday a week and 2 days after original extensions and Sandy says we have to charge you $10 this time because we only have warranty for one week. I came back on my day off, I told her I couldn’t come on my working days and don’t think it’s fair that there should be a charge.I said it’s either I pay today or you lose me as a customer...they didn’t bother...so I paid and here I am writing this review ...I’d rename this place to be “Disgraceful Nails.”PS. One of their foot dryers caught on fire this past summer. I heard the client say she couldn’t feel the dryer working. Amanda adjusted the plug and it started flaming up. Luckily the client didn’t get hurt! This poor girl was in shock as were all of us there. They just threw out the dryer and closed the door. One of the other clients had to tell Amanda to keep it open since it was so Smokey inside.Be careful...I meant to find another salon anyways...I guess it had to happen sooner than later...Nails are serious...DISGRACEFUL NAILS

Went in for manicure pedicure and waxing. Wendy we very nice. I was a walk in with no appointment. There was no wait time and it was all throughly done. Like definitely go back!

I decided to try out graceful nails in Markham. Got a manicure & pedicure last weekend, I paid for shellac nails and it’s already coming off and not lasting! Haven’t had this happen before when I get my nails done at other salons, I think it’s the products they are using.

Graceful Nails & Spa offers the best services I’ve ever come across. I’ve been going there for over 4 years, it is my “me time” getaway, I always leave feeling pampered and my nails looking amazing. I tried different places during the pandemic which only proved that driving from Oshawa to Markham is worth it. Thank you ladies, you’re fantastic!

Had a horrible experience here. Staff are so rude! The first time I went there, I had changed my mind about what service I wanted to get done (wanted to get acrylic nails instead of my natural nails) and the lady got quite upset but was able to compose herself after.The second time I went, all I had asked for was a nail polish change and I specifically said no manicure so all she did was file my nails and apply a new colour. She charged me $30 for this service when this would be $10 - $15 at any other place. But it gets worse, before I could look in my purse to see what change I had for tip, the lady says to me no tip?!" Which was so rude and pushy. She also did not deserve the tip! I would not recommend this place. Do not go here!"

I've been going here for several years, always a delight. Wendy was the sweetest with my mum today with her very tough pedicure. The other techs have also been great in the past.

You can make an appointment but most likely your going to be waiting , so you might as well just walk in if u have time
