I had an amazing experience during my appointment at Bella di Sera!! Mirella and Dimitra were extremely kind, caring, attentive and supportive towards me. I went 3 weeks ago (November 16), during one of their sale events. This was my first appointment out of 3 that I had scheduled with other Bridal shops. I was not expecting to find my dress at all, since I wanted to see different options before buying one. Also, I am not good at making fast decisions. They were all very kind and welcoming from the moment me and my party arrived, despite the fact that they were super busy helping other brides (because of the sale event). Dimitra was my Advisor and she was amazing. I never felt unattended or left alone. Mirella was always around to reassure me as well, to make sure I was happy with the prices / styles and that I was having a good time. When I tried the last dress I had picked, I saw myself in the mirror and I could not believe how beautiful it was. It was exactly what I was looking for, and more! Everyone in the room seemed so excited about how beautiful that dress was as well. Another Advisor took a picture of me from the back to show me how the dress looked. When I told Mirella what style my Fiance wanted his suit to be, she got super excited because this dress was that exact same style! I knew this was the dress and everyone made sure I knew it looked beautiful on me. Both Mirella and Dimitra were super happy and excited for me and they helped me to stay inside my budget. The price was amazing for the dress I got. They went above and beyond any Service I have received ever before. I would not hesitate to recommend Bella di Sera to any one looking for a dress. Found my dress here!I came here for my first wedding dress try on. The store is clean and quiet - no stress here.Maria was my sales consultant and let me look at the dresses and pick the ones I'd like to try on. She had a dress in mind that she believed would be a perfect fit. I tried on the ones I picked out and unfortunately they weren't for me at all. I tried on the dress she recommended and in the end it was the dress I ended up getting! It's like she knew exactly what I would fit me and make me feel comfortable.I didn't buy the dress after the first time I tried it on because I wanted to challenge it and I did have other appointments booked at other stores the following Saturday. Maria told me to pass by the store by at the end of my appointments if I wanted to try on the dress again.After visiting the other stores, in which the customer service was poor quality (the girls didn't seem to have enough experience in trying to understand what their clients feel comfortable in), I came back to Bella and tried on the dress again and I just felt so comfortable in it, I fell in love with it even more.Maria and the staff were truly amazing and you can really tell that they have so much experience. I got the dress during their sale event and I got it in the sample size since it was in perfect condition and fit me like a glove. The dresses are high quality and the prices are fair. Definitely do not miss their sales events because they're totally worth it and they really have beautiful and unique dresses.

She found the perfect dress with the perfect fit. I have to thank Silvana and Sophia for their insight and support during my visit. I went there to help my sister pick out her wedding dress. Important: always make a reservation! They offer really great service and you feel very well taken care of. After trying a few bridal stores on St-Hubert street, I can't tell you how refreshing it is to be in Bella Di Sera: it is quiet and clean, you do not feel stressed or lost looking through dresses. They take feedback extremely well and care for their customers. We found her dress immediately, and it was exactly what she wanted and a reasonable price too! THANK YOU Bella Di Serra!

Dimitra was helpful, playful, and respected my budget, taking any and all stress away from the shopping experience! My bridesmaids and I experienced a say yes to the dress" moment where we all hugged and cried once I found my dress and Dimitra took pictures on her own phone to send to me afterwards. I am so happy to have found my dress here and I love the fact that it's unique. I wish you could take pictures in the salon but I completely understand that it's out of respect for the designers. I had gone to 5 places, tried on dozens of dresses, and was really starting to lose hope - and then I found Bella di Sera.Everything about the entire process was simply amazing. Taking an appointment via messenger was a breeze, the quality and variety of dresses were impressive, and the service was immaculate. Special shoutout to Dimitra for making what had previously been a stressful experience actually fun and exciting.
