Perfect service from very nice lady Janet… love the kindness and warm welcoming which she deliver to us. Food was good. We like the prawn and my husband loves the bacon pierogi. Definitely u need to try the chocolate shake.

Had brunch today at the Park Royal White Spot. The server did there best with the high number of people and not enough staff.Food was disappointing. Ordered the Avocado Chicken Breakfast Wrap with Smashed Potatoes. It only had 3 small pieces of avocado and that was just in one half with nothing in the other half.My friend had the Avocado Queso Bowl and didn’t even get half an avocado in it.She has had this dish before at other locations and it came with a whole avocado.If your cooks are short on Avocados then let people know they can’t make it today. Very dissatisfied.

I normally go to the White Spots in the Tricities, closer to home. Today I happened to be at the Park Royal Mall and decided to have brunch at their location. I think they must still be recovering from the pandemic. I ordered cheesesteak hash and a coffee. The bowl was chipped; I had ordered multigrain toast and received sour dough; and if I hadn’t asked (because they didn’t) my poached eggs would not have been soft and instead medium. The staff is hardworking and do their best. Just make sure you get what you order and are billed correctly. I was charged for the “extra bread” but they fixed it when I asked.

Hostess looked shocked and confused when we asked to have a table in the shade. Didn’t clean the table, we did it. She never came by with a wet cloth to wipe down the table.Waiter took our order, didn’t bother getting us cutlery. Once food arrived, the cutlery came after. He had 20 minutes of ignoring our table to bring the cutlery, but didn’tNever asked to refill our drinks. Asked for a water, he brought it over in his hand (not on a tray), and placed it as close to the edge of the table as possible.Legendary Burger was far from legendary. 3 of the smallest squirts of secret sauce.Place run by amateurs.Disappointed, should have gone to A&W for less than half the money.

Great experience, went here Friday afternoon and they were fairly busy but we got a table right away. The food was good, fish and chips was fantastic really fresh and not too oily. The drink menu is always good here too with variety of different options and some colorful drinks to pick from. Also they have crayons so if you go with kids they are entertained

The menu has something for everyone. I had the farro power salad with a salmon filet. Kids had mac and cheese, and chicken strips and fries. Everyone loved their meals.

Moving day & the crew was famished. Stopped in for a tasty bite to fuel up before continuing with the journey that is moving.We noticed the Carolina BBQ burger. So grateful that we did! This is a delight. Paired with the Spot Salad this was a flavourful meal. So very good. You should try it!The service today was outstanding. Attentive and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and inviting.A great break in our busy day. I'd say this was the best White Spot experience I've had.

Ordered The Spot's Zoo Sticks and a side Caesar Salad for lunch. Always love the zucchini sticks, which come out hot and nicely breaded. They're great for sharing, but can also just be for one person! Was able to secure a table for 4 with no wait at 1:15 pm on a weekday, however the food took awhile to arrive. Our server seemed aware and let us know it wouldn't be much longer. The restaurant wasn't busy so perhaps a short staff situation? Either way, service was friendly and the items were satisfying for lunch!
