Every single time, and I mean every single time, I'm waiting for an absurd amount of time, whether it's the drive thru or inside, it's all the same. 15 minute wait minimum. It's a shame because I enjoy the food, but super slow service. I stood around for 20 minutes waiting for a blizzard, I can't see me going back for awhile after this awful experience. I just can't understand why it's every single time. Slowest fast food joint in the area, hands down.

Waited for twenty minutes in the drive thru, my chicken strips so rubbery I might as well throw them around as bouncy balls and there about the same size.

Shayna helped me order a blizzard cake for a special family occasion. Cherry chocolate chip, with double stuff center, extra icing trimming, and a message with hearts. It was AMAZING!!! and DELICIOUS!!!! We'll be back! Thanks Shayna. You are awesome! :)

Yestreday, i ordered a poutine and i got this after waiting for 15 minutes on the curb side. Can someone explain this? I used to buy food from dq almost every time. This is one of my worst experience with DQ!

Fantastic Experience!- Ordered the $8 (Burger, Fry, Drink, Sundae combo), and it was excellent! Server gave us the option to have a coupon for the sundae at a later date.- New Limited Time Blizzards were really delicious!- Supervisor was extremely friendly, and made us all smile (Including our puppy) with her great service!- Big surrounding parking lot. Drive through entrance is right as soon as you enter parking lot. Large dining room.Area’s for Improvement:- Drinks could be more carbonated- Men’s washroom could be cleaner

Very slow service (only 2 workers), small portions, and they refused to toss the chicken strips in sauce like the other dq's do.

Very slow used drive through and we waited 25 minutes just for 2 icecream. It was expensive and hardly any toppings on the banana split. Even the bananas were half rotten!!! Had to repeat my order 4 times into the speaker! Overall not a good experience! Will not be going back!!

Bought burgers again, very dissatisfied. Taste like they microwaved yesterdays burgers. I would gladly wait 5 mins for a fresh one. And this happened repeatedly. 3 stars because the chickens strips are always good.

Nice place to eat! Only reason I give 4 stars for food is because it's a little expensive for fast food, but over all tast is good. Employee's were polite & the eniornment was quiet. The best seat is down by bottom where you can sit on the comfy cusions & watch traffic.
