All About You Wig and Lingerie Boutique

Not really helpful at first until I asked for help after 10 minutes I spent in the store. I was wondering why some of the other customers where served before me. I must have looked poor that day.

I entered this beautiful boutique today and started browsing.I was approached by a lovely associate,Pearl.I advised her I was looking to be fitted for a new bra.She measured me and then helped to find exactly what I was looking for.I was very anxious not knowing what to expect as this was the first I ever had a fitting done,Pearl made my experience not only pleasant but fun.I left with 2 new bras and ordered another one.I am very impressed with my experience and it made me feel so great.I highly recommend this boutique.

Visited today after several attempts ordering bras online and being disappointed. I was greeted promptly and measured comfortably. I explained what my issues were with my current fit, and both ladies helped pull some bras to try to get a starting point. From there, they picked me a bra that fit like a glove! Really easy experience, which bra shopping never is. I will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful experience with the ladies working there to get me fitted with a proper bra, they took better care of me than at Victoria's Secret, a place that just wants to size you enough to buy one of their bras (I was squished).The bras were comfy, and I purchased one with a hefty price, but to be comfy outweighs any price, usually.About three weeks, maybe sooner, after buying the bra the band had started to separate, did not throw it in the wash, did not abuse it, I knew better. I also know someone else that bought an expensive bra ($90) there only to have it break shortly after.With the amount that I paid I was not going to let that slide so I went to the store and they took it to return it to the manufacturers and they did not have any others of that bra in stock so they have to order one in (size 34H, lol). They had initially told me 2 weeks, and I could not remember if they said they would call me, so 2 weeks later I had called and the lady had said she was part part time (I get it), but she had said it could be several months for a shipment. At this point I'm screaming internally because bra shopping gives me such grief and I had a cry. I was suffering with my old bra so I ended up going online and had one shipped to me in two weeks because who knows when my replacement is going to come in?I know this store does not make the bras, but spending a lot on a bra only to have it break I feel the price was way too high for it. When I spend that much I expect something to last.I liked this place, but with my size I'm just better off going online in the future, as scary as that sounds.

The store is filled with beautiful lingerie and wigs; it is so nice to have it here in Bridgewater! I was, however, disappointed with the service. The service was immediate but condescendingly polite, and lacked any sign of friendliness. I would have appreciated a “Hi, I am “- - -“ introduction which would have made me more comfortable before a stranger measured my chest. I was given a quick measurement and then told my cup size was either a double D or a triple D...which was hilarious. I have perhaps the smallest breasts in town, seriously!When I laughed and told the woman this, she commented “Well I wouldn’t sell you a bra that didn’t fit” in a cold and annoyed tone. This person appeared to be the proprietor, and I hope my comments will provide a bit of insight for the future success of the shop. Naturally if the store is very busy your efficiency must trump warm personal service, however kindness is always appreciated.
