Roof leaked the first rainfall, but Curtis was quick to fix the issue and I was satisfied. Fast forward a few years and the roof is leaking again. Email is being ignored. So much for the 10 year workmanship warranty. Will try calling this week but suspect he has walked away from the business. I even offered to pay for the repair..
