Honestly, this place is a Hamilton staple. We went today around 3:20. Server was attentive, took our beer order and returned to take our food order. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich, he ordered the burger. 30 minutes later, the server let us know there was one chef. 40 minutes later, the food came out.Their “crispy chicken sandwich” is definitely a frozen circular chicken patty that’s about 1/2” thick with absolutely no taste. The toppings were good, but for the exact same price I can walk an extra 100 feet and go get some quality chicken from the Coop. This is my all time fav meal, and I’ve never been so turned off by a meal before. On top of that the fries were cold and soggy. We would have complained, but the server vanished for a good 25 minutes, and I had to go find someone to ask for the bill.We keep coming back here about once a year, hoping they’ll keep up their gastronomic efforts to be at par with where the Hamilton restaurant scene is going. For example, Radius opening next door.Worst part was, it wasn’t busy. Lots of empty tables, seemed to be quite a few staff on a beautiful sunny day, yet somehow deliver subpar food and next to no service.Shame.

They sever amazing burgers in Hess village. Saturday’s are pretty lively and fun .. Their drinks are overpriced and water down

Nice place to hang out with friends and family at Hess village. Staff is very nice, and the nachos are great! Ask for the cocktail tower if you’re in a group and don’t mind sharing drinks. Patio seating available. Minimal street parking but there are several paid municipal parking lots nearby.

First time at this place. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner came to us and informed us that this place turns to a club after 10 pm. You can clearly see that they care about everyone. Will definitely be returning.

Your server Lucas is a horrible addition to your team. He made me pay mid meal, claiming he is on bar duty and needs to close out my account. No one else that he had served had to cash out mid meal. I believe this to be racial profiling. He saw a young aboriginal male and assumed I was going to dine and dash on the bill. I have been a loyal customers for the year I've been in the neighborhood. I will never return here and I will never suggest your establishment as a to go" place. I still gave Lucas a tip for his deplorable service

The atmosphere was great! It's nice outside so we sat out by the patio. The service was great and the food was delicious! We had suicide wings (it was hot! Good hot though! But our lips were numb afterwards haha!) And the burger was good too. Will come back again!

Great dog-friendly patio spot in Hamilton! We got a couple drinks and snacks (didn’t take photos, oops!) but they tasted pretty good. Staff were friendly. Patio was spacious and away from the main road. Wasn’t super busy , just the way we like it , especially with a dog. Would definitely come back

The best patio in Hamilton. Excellent and friendly service at all times. Hand-cut fries and solid poutine, with excellent apps and snacks. I wouldn't be afraid to try anything on the menu. The drinks are excellent, with weekend specials and more. Most consistent place in Hess.

This is probably the best place to eat in Hess village for a regular night out. We had a burger and the spaghetti and both were very good. The food was served very fast and the servers all seemed extremely friendly. We also had two of the frozen drinks that they offered during the summer which were exceptional. They were probably the best alcoholic drinks I've ever had, and very reasonably priced considering where this is. The only thing I wouldn't get is the curry, which is not up to standard.

Ordered a Poutine which stated it came with Curds. They ran out, so they served it with Shedded Cheddar. In hopes I wouldn’t notice or put not caring. They gave me options, yet still wasn’t impressed with the experience and result. Discount of 25%. Isn’t that what they now want for tips?
