Booked a UHaul for Sunday 28th May, 3pm but, despite accepting the reservation, the shop shut early without notifying us. Luckily customer support got us another truck across town somewhere otherwise we would have been screwed. Still, very annoying on an already stressful moving day

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Went to pick up the moving truck only to be told they don't have it and it was stolen 2 weeks ago... smh

We booked a van for half a day to move some furniture. The van was seriously not even road worthy: drivers side wiper blade not working (which they knew all about and just said they haven't had time to fix it), interior was full of dust/dirt, there was a constant service deterrent warning" on the dash

This was my first time booking a UHaul at this location, and it was an amazing experience.The check-in was very smooth, and Prarthi was one of the most helpful people I have ever encountered with.I will definitely come back here.

Really disappointing, and quite frankly awful experience. TLDR at bottom.We picked the car up on the 30th at 6:15, with a scheduled drop off of the 1st of January at 6:15. When we went to return it I saw they actually left a sign saying they were not open on the 1st or the 2nd, so we couldn’t return the car. Lo and behold, when I called Uhaul customer service, this location was indeed meant to be open. The car also had NUMEROUS problems which I’ll list below. The staff member who was tending to us had only been working there a week and treated us just awfully, sneering when we said we don’t know how to do the return process and then didn’t explain how to do it. Now there is nothing wrong with learning and not being 100% up to speed with how everything works, but refusing to give us more KM’s because you don’t know how much it is / how to do it, and then charging us extra because we went over what we were estimated (40km, although I asked for 100km) and treating us terribly isn’t ok.Things wrong with the car:- driver side wiper blades didn’t function (it was raining)- car didn’t lock, had thousands and thousands of dollars worth of equipment and clothes in the van that we had to leave unlocked over night- desperately needed an alignmentFeeling seriously ripped off considering we ended up paying $214.00 for it AFTER they tried to charge us for the extra day. Highly recommend looking past this place, worst experience renting a vehicle I’ve ever had.TLDR; rude staff, bad customer service, closed on days that they were meant to be open and we couldn’t return the car, and the car had some safety issues, and doors wouldn’t lock, manually or automatically (inside lock was broken).
