Absolutely horrific service bought an et4 quattro with trailer and hitch in November of 2021 scooter worked for Less than a month and never received trailer or hitch. The owner seems to have excuse after excuse for why can't follow thru on promises. Communication is strictly one way. you must call them. So as it stands no scooter no trailer and no communication. My recommendation is to never purchase or have service done with this scam artist. Buyer beware

Bought a bike there last year. They were supposed to change the speedometer, never did. Now it's been a year the charger blew up and they're excuse is sold as is...stuck paying a loan for a bike I can't use. DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND.

About a month ago, I bought a brand new ET54LS 4 wheel mobile scooter with roof.It was delivered the next day. I took it for a ride right away.The staff at Gauthier's were very thorough at explaining the various functions of the Scooter.Two weeks ago I had an unfortunate accident involving an overhead garage door and the roof of my scooter.Two days after contacting Gauthier, a new roof was at the shop.Weather permitting, a new roof was installed and I'm riding again. Good as new.Thanks Guys

First winter after paying storage fees could not make it all the way home. They were suppose to keep batteries charged. Ended up having to buy new batteries & paying tax when anything mobility is elegal to charge taxes on.Also lost my original charger & gave me one laying around the shop !!!Following winter payed storage fees again. Once again batteries are shot & the charger overcharged the batteries & now the charger is shot as well.Gave me real attitude & told me to go somewhere else if I didn't like service!!!!!NOBODY SHOULD BE TREAT AS SUCH.MONEY HUNGRY POOOOOOORSOCALLED CUSTOMER SERVICEHAS BEEN REPORTED TO "BETTER BUSINES BUREAU"

Staff is very knowlagable.Bought an E bike June 15 2022 ,asked if there is a book that comes with it ?". One staff member said "No ". If you buy anything new YOU GET some kind of BOOKLETTE that comes with the item that you purchased! I don't know what kind of WARNETY is on my new E bike. So now I have to go back to the place

Bought a bike here last summer. Ordered a purple one and they said it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. The wrong bike came in purple so I waited another 2 weeks. Next shipment comes in still no purple so I just bought a black one. Unfortunately I broke the fork but the shop said they could order me a new one it would take 2 weeks -a month. I have been waiting for over a year and every month the owner Joey says it will be here next month. 12 months later and still no piece and now the owner is not opening my messages or answering anymore. As long as you never need to go back for service or repair not a bad place to buy an ebike. They kept blaming the supplier saying they didnt have the piece or forgot to send it but when I called their supplier they sent it out the same day .The manufacturer said they always have problems with this Gauthiers green power ebikes and refused to send the piece there for me. They sent me the piece, the same day, to the ebike store in hawksbury (free delivery and install) because I waited so long for Cornwalls store.
