Towex Towing Service

Fast service, called CAA up and the Towex guys were here in 40 minutes or so, arrived a few minutes infront of ETA, (love the CAA update app by the way) super nice guy, didn’t catch his name, tall bald fella. Arrived, had the car up on on the bed, strapped down and on route to the service place in under 10 m. Thanks guys.

I had my first accident December first - hit a deer. Crumpled the front of my 2009 Honda Civic. Robert was sent to get my car through CAA December second to tow it to the collision reporting center in Kanata, and then to Carstar in Manotick. Robert was extremely empathetic and knowledgeable about what I could expect during the collision reporting and repair process. He gave me tips about what to expect from the process that really took away a lot of my stress over the accident. He was transparent about the charges for the towing, was very careful with my vehicle, and to sum it up, he made what is a very unpleasant experience very enjoyable!Hope I can request him by name if I ever get into another accident.Tania

Delivery was quick and the driver was super friendly, didnt catch his name but he dropped off my red Honda fit for a CAA call.The driver gave me a few potential causes for the overheating and sent me in the right direction for getting it fixed.Much appreciated, saved my a--

I called at 7 AM asking for a tow truck. I was told it would take an hour. Call an hour and a half later. The driver was nowhere to be found. I kept waiting, but the truck never came. When I finally gave up and called to cancel, the owner said, OK

Since I couldn't tell the exact street address where my car was broken, and it was in the evening of today, Sept.20, 2018, I was surprised that the towing truck driver could find me so quickly. It was the first time that I had to face a car broken situation. The driver did more than he could to help me. He was so nice, skillful and knowledgeable. I felt extremely lucky that I met such an amazing professional and will always remember such a wonderful person. Afterwards, I got the driver's full name, Patrick Lavallee, by calling his company.Thank you, Patrick! You are my role model. Thank you, Towex!

Wife's car had a breakdown lastweek, Had the kids with her too and of coarse it was super cold out. Truck 13 got there very quickly, The guy was very professional and nice, The guy did a great job

Called CAA and they sent Towex. They showed up in about 30mins, hooked up and I jumped in the tow truck with the operator. Driver was very good and professional. I would recommend Towex, I had no issues with them, just my car! 12MAR2019.

Yesterday, October 1, 2019 I called CAA for a tow to my mechanic. The trip was transferred to Towex. The driver, Josh, arrived within minutes. He was an amazingly cheerful, knowledgeable, kind and very considerate person, just what I needed after all the misery of the morning with my car and a rental. I walk with a cane and he was able to safely get me up and into the cab and got me out safely, without injury, at the other end. The world would be a better place if all people were like Josh.
