Doctor J Auto Clinic and Krown Rust Protection

I moved from another province and needed Safety Standard Certificate to register my car in Ontario. I went few places but nobody had availability. At Doctor J auto clinic, my car was taken in right away. Staff are very welcoming, the technicians are knowledgeable and honest. They showed me what was wrong and what needed to be fixed to drive car safely. I got my car fixed within 2.5 hours and received the certificate same day. Thank you for your service Doctor J auto clinic. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for car service.

Where do I start?…I took my stock NA 350z over there with no real expectations. I asked if they’d be willing to help out with a turbo kit install. With no hesitation, they took on the challenge.To say the least - the kit wasn’t a direct bolt on. They had to cut some corners, fabricate some piping, and purchase some missing parts to make the kit work. Through the entire process, they kept me informed with all the hurdles and details. We worked together to get/fabricate the missing pieces and eventually got the installation complete.The entire team is friendly and easy to work with. They started to feel like they were family at some point.It was a great pleasure to get the job done at Dr Js. To add to their amazing services… to my surprise - the car started on the first crank almost like nothing ever changed.

Fortunately was able to book a same day appointment, the ladies and gentlemen were very friendly and helpful! Exceeded my expectations. Having a lower and older vehicle they were patient and precise

Had our car cleaned by Jess at Doctor J's. I'm nearly speechless at the work she was able to do. We had years of dog hair, salt stains, general odors, engine bay was a mess. She made all of it look brand new. Cleaner than the day we bought it.If you're looking for a good detailing shop, do yourself the favour of going with her! You will not regret it!

I am very impressed with the professionalism, service, courtesy, and attention to detail that Nick and all the folks at Doctor J Auto Clinic provided me. I was experiencing electrical issues with my Class A motorhome that another shop was unable to properly diagnose and suggested a very expensive modular replacement which they ‘hoped’ would solve the problem. I found Dr. J Auto Clinic on Google Maps and noticed they had a lot of excellent reviews so I phoned and asked if they work on motorhomes and happily they said yes. They were able to correctly diagnose two problems with the electrical system and had them fixed within two days. The repair did not require a replacement electric control module which saved me considerable money! I felt very comfortable that I was being treated honestly and fairly with none of the “up selling” that I’ve sometimes experienced in other auto repair shops. I am very impressed too with the excellent and courteous communications as the motorhome was being diagnosed and repaired, I was kept informed every step of the way. Also, Jose (the shop Owner), has followed up a number of times since the repairs to ensure my satisfaction. I definitely commend Dr J Auto Clinic to anyone seeking honest, courteous, fairly priced, professional, and efficient auto repairs - including for motorhomes :-)

Ever since the first day Jose helped me with my flat tire, i’ve never trusted another car mechanic since. Doctor J’s has a fantastic team that you can trust and feel safe knowing your vehicle has been take care of. They actually show me the parts they remove and explain why they need replacement. Always 100% quality and dependable work. They also take excellent care of their customer too!! Sent online message through their website regarding future repairs and asked if they could accommodate all of the items on my list. I never got a reply.I placed a phone call a few days later, was put on hold and eventually hung up after waiting a full 10 minutes.Drove to their shop, walked in to the service counter which has a view of the shop service area, stood there 5-10 minutes, never saw a soul.Apparently they didn't need my $1000 worth of business.*Searched out a new garage that offered the services I needed and had the option to bring it in the next day. Repairs have been completed.

Super friendly and great prices. My car broke down near there, brought it to nick and his guys. They had my car back to me the same day ! Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to stumble upon! Will definitely be returning !

As a repeat customer of José and his team's Krown Rust Protection services, I can say that they consistently perform above expectations. I always receive a fair price--even when I throw them a curve ball like rust proofing a 26-foot travel trailer in their parking lot.
