Charlene and the team at Stitch It are real professionals! I have used they're services multiple times now and I am a very satisfied customer. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the customer service experience is fantastic and the alterations her and the team provide are just perfect. They are super friendly and prompt! I had a pair of super thick material to get stitched and I doubted any needle could go through it but they made it work and I feel like it's super secure. Love this place will always come back for anything I need urgent or not.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRY CLEANING A SUIT.I dropped off my suit here for a dry cleaning and it took 4 days which was fine with me. The suit was returned with white spots on the collar and the front of it while the back had two random threads pulled out. I went here because it had so many 5 star ratings but I realized that was for their alterations, not their dry cleaning which they don’t even do in house, they send it out.

Had Kim alter some pants for me they were too long and I’m beyond happy with the work. Definitely the best tailor work I’ve ever received. I will only go to Kim for all my alteration needs.

Went in this morning for a pair of pants to be mended, asked for them to be done asap, they promised next day and ended up being done in 2.5 hours same day as I brought them in. Terrific service! Always a great experience here any time I have needed mending done.

Came to this location to get my graduation dress altered. I bought a $10 dress and she made it look like it was $100. KIM was absolutely amazing and paid so much attention to detail! I’ve never had service like this ever when it comes to tailoring. She has so much talent and you can tell she puts the needs and how the garment looks on the customer before anything else. When you come here, make sure to ask for KIM! I will not get anything done by anybody else but her.

Took a long dress in for hemming and alterations to the neckline as well as the sleeves. They said it would take a week which was fine but it was ready in 5 days. They did a fantastic job on the dress. I picked it up and tried it on and fit perfectly. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Unfortunately not a great experience. When I went to go pick up my dress that was being hemmed at the bottom, I tried it on only to find out it was crooked. I had to come back the next day so they had time to fix it. I asked if they could steam it for me at least to make up for me having to come back. They agreed and when I came back to pick up my dress it was still wrinkly. I asked if they had a chance to steam it noticing the wrinkles and they said yes. I didn’t even bother to argue because I just wanted to get out of there. Not to mention the alterations costed more than the dress itself. Would not recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff members were very helpful and professional. I asked for a rush hoping to get pants hemmed for an upcoming trip. I asked for them to be done in 48 hours. They offered me 24 hours, but then had them done in only three hours! The communication with them via text and email was seamless and easy and very quick. They did a great job with my clothes as always!!! The prices are very fair. I have always had good experiences here.
