Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

I've been to Dynacare Pre-Covid and it was always an in and out blood work. Very minimal wait times. Never had a bad experience. I went today and they initially told me it would be a 78 minute wait. I had my daughter with me so i opted to wait in the car. They said they would text me when its my turn. When I went in at the 70 minute mark my estimated wait time on the screen was an additional 50 minutes! Thankfully my husband came and picked up my daughter but 2+ hours waiting for a blood draw is unreasonable! When I asked why my time still said 50 minutes they said it was because of Staff lunches and breaks. These should be built into the system so people dont feel bamboozled with the initial wait time! Waited the additional 50 minutes to come back in to find my estimated wait time is 41 minutes! How is this okay?!? Total wait time 3 hours!! But i will say the staff were sympathetic and advised not to come on Saturdays. But this is one of the few blood clinics open on Saturdays. To add inslut to injury they didnt send the proper lab results and now i have to go have more blood drawn to retest. I will NEVER return!

I have never had a staff interaction that wasn't pleasant coming here. I usually get extremely anxious and sometimes even get a bit woozy during blood draws, but the staff is always so good and reassuring. I wish I could remember the names of the employees who took my blood the last two times because not only did they have zero issues finding a vein, they distracted me, reassured me, etc. It was quick and virtually painless. Also, being able to view and compare all of my results on the app is an amazing bonus. I come on Saturday's since I work during their hours during the weekdays, and it is very busy. Sometimes the wait time can be over an hour, but they have a great system where you can check in, leave, and they'll text you when they're ready for you! Super efficient.

Last time visiting Dynacare.!Of the past 4 visits, not 1 visit was accommodating, from lost forms to wait times. Each time our 1 hour wait time has turned into 2 & 2.5 hours. This time chose medlabs, 19th in line, 15 minute wait. Enjoy your day

too much wait time. I waited 55 minutes. Even I was 4th in the que and I was right there at 7 in the morning.

Fast efficient service, caring staff, no long lines. The best is online check-in and visibility on estimated wait time.

Had bloodwork completed over a week ago. The wait time said 60 minutes so I left and came back and when I returned after 60 minutes, it had added an additional 45 to my time. I signed up for Dynacare Plus to receive my results but when I log in it says I have had no tests ordered. I have called this location every day they do not answer the phone. I emailed the contact email and also the support email and still have not heard back over a week. No idea where my results are or what I paid for.

Today Jan 25 2023, I went to this Dougal Avenue, Windsor location for blood test. One of the best branches I found. The place is clean and excellent customer service with world class professionalism among emplyees. I found Adiba, Sui, Yi and Jennifer are excellent and very professional employees. I wish them the best!

Absolutely horrible. Unorganized. Understaffed. Condescending. Rude. Loud. I can go on and on. Not just one. But all of the employees here. There is one employee who just assumes you will speak in Arabic because her English is not strong. I told her no I will not speak to her in Arabic. She yelled at me about why Im coming in late. It was one hour before closing time. I told her she’s not my mother to raise her voice at me. I was helped by another employee. When I sat down in the waiting area, several people thanked me for telling her to stop being rude and to get more staff. Apparently she had been belligerent to them as well. At least 7 people including a child with their mom.Someone should come in from corporate office and investigate this team here. Their rushing and unorganized service is a huge liability and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Very clean place. I just walked in, and it took only 5 min to call me in. Wait time is so reasonable. Staff were polite. Specially Sui and Sanaa were so patient in doing the blood work. I always had trouble in finding the viens. But these were skilled and used all their patience to work with me and finally get the blood out. They also have Dynacare Plus App, where they deliver the results and you access it. It was very easy to use.
