To say they're not thorough is an understatement. They quickly file before removing calluses. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? Left with painful corn that wasn't noticed. Extremely rushed. Another case of quantity versus quality.

I showed up for my 2pm appointment early and waited until 3pm. I was not seen by anyone and no one offered any communication or apology, even when I approached the desk to tell them I had to leave.

I have been going to East Coast Podiatry for years; the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I have been accommodated every time I call with an issue or am experiencing discomfort.Dr. Janes has helped me though numerous injuries and painful foot problems, some of which happened while I was pregnant and I was seen immediately. She is very dedicated to her patients and ensuring they leave feeling much better going forward.I would highly recommend going here - you will be taken care of and treated like family.

**Posting anonymously** I’ve been coming here a long time and I love Dr. Wendy but I have never once been seen on time. And I’m not talking 5-10 mins late. I’m talking 20-60 mins late every single time. It’s very difficult to plan as I never know how long I will be sitting and waiting. It’s very disrespectful of patient’s time.
