Pleasant interactions but unfortunately very poor service.I dealt with Clay and on October 24th had requested their services to carry out an inspection on an existing sewage disposal system as part of a subdivision requirement. Clay came to the property and conducted the inspection on October 27th. Per Clay, he was going to take this to Leduc County so it was filed and completed, as this was the last requirement for the subdivision process.I followed up with Clay on November 7th regarding the paper work completion. No answer at this point.Again I followed up on November 10th, and this time received a response and indication that the paper work was overlooked due to the recent snow storms. However, this would be taken care of promptly after the long weekend on Monday November 14th.Once again, I followed up on November 18th as no paper work or confirmation had been received. Left voicemail but no returned phone call.It is now November 29th and this item is still outstanding. There has been zero updates from Clay or anyone else as of this review.
