Amazing customer service. I recommended to all my family and friends. As long as the owner Brandon is owning this Pharmacy, who goes the extra mile every time i request something. We are their life time customer. Thank you Brandon and his team.

I was looking through the flip application for reactine, I found it on sale at Guardian and i d a drug stores. It did say in the end at participating stores. I specifically called this store and ask the person over the phone whether they had the 17.99 reactine pack on sale. I don't know whether the person didn't understand me or just wanted me to come into the store but they consistently answered yes, his English was terrible and the service was even worse when I got there. I told the person that I had just called in and asked about the particular product and of course magically he couldn't find it and they didn't have it, they also didn't have any sale signs for any of their reactine products at the time. My advice is stay clear of this particular guardian and the IDA at the gore Plaza. Even if you get confirmation over the phone most likely like I experience you will be wasting your time. Although at the Ida the girl what is nicer and spoke English better. I still got the wrong information and wasted my time. I did however call head office and the person that I spoke to her over the phone was nice. It was a real pain to get to somebody over there automated system. Just remember this happened with simple over-the-counter drugs. If there's a serious lack of communication with stuff like this don't take the chance with drugs that you need to live.

Worst pharmacy. Needed medicine for my mother. The lady over the phone is extremely rude. Not worth spending a single dollar here. I will be changing my pharmacy right now.

Better than shoppers drug mart, way quicker and less pricey.

Great pharmacy, they have a variety of over the counter medications and other health care products. It is busy at times, but still is a reliable place to get your prescriptions filled.

Really bad service... received faxed prescription from doctor's office and didn't bother to inform me. When I called to inquire, the pharmacist was very rude and said he wasn't going to apologize because I could've called them too. I'll be transferring my script asap, including my wife and kids.

No curtesy to call customer to collect prescription . Dr. Bharatshah send the prescription one week before. when i went than say ya we have your proception. and in the pharmacy they always chit chat but not doing important work.

Going here for 5 years. The pharmacist always helps answer questions about medications and they are very polite.

this place is just a rip off make sure you check your measurements on your medicine because they don’t measure properly when giving out medicine they give you less than what you should get. The lady who works here needs to learn how to talk to customers, she’s rude and has attitude when your just trying to tell them they did something wrong on there part. Go to riverstone pharmacy or gore instead. Don’t go here. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS!!!!
