It is with sheer delight that I pen this review of Miles Takacs. I have had the fortune of both buying and selling with Miles. I have bought many properties over the years all over Canada. Miles was introduced to me by close friends in Victoria. We were buying our first Victoria property and Miles handled both the buying and the selling of that property. Subsequently a few years later Miles handled the buying of our new Victoria property.Miles is an excellent negotiator. He has built homes and understands quality. Miles is punctilious, hardworking, and has a keen sense of humour.Miles is able to source homes that correspond to the wish list. The Victoria home we live in had many points on the wish list. Miles said it would take years to find; it only took months. incredible!!! I value Miles understanding of the Victoria real estate market. There is no one better. I have recommended Miles to many friends and colleagues. All have been equally impressed.
