Real Crooks. I had to fight to get back a refund. Its defenetly the worst insurance i had to deal with. A complete waste of time and money...

WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER! THEY DONT RETURN MONEY! SCAMMERS!Please help me to get my money back for the service I received from a provider of my choice. You are having very bad reviews all over the internet because you are trying to save money by not paying people for the massage therapy. Please note that I will go further with this complaint, if you do not solve this situation. The provider is certified with RAMQ. People think that find a provider is just to help your clients to find one, if they don’t have theirs. I never made a massage before, having paid two years of my insurance. Now I had a back problem and I’ve been referred to this provider, as she is the best at what she is doing. Please reconsider.

they are there to take your money, but when you are sick and you need the money you paid for, they are playing with you, they dont want to pay. Even with the doctor report, they say they will study your case then it take long,long time, then nothing. They oblige you to pay for the report, after all this time they said that they are sorry, but you are not accepted. One day they say they will pay, then the day after, they change their mind. The worst company ever.

Had no choice but to take this insurance with my work. Worst company ever. Would rather go with RAMQ no difference if you compare My dentists office says it takes them over 30 days to get paid on a claim. I wait 14 business days for a massage claim to be processed. Horrible

Does anyone actually answer the phone or call back when a message is left? I’ve been trying to contact them for a week now, have spent 90 minutes waiting on the line and left 2 messages. A refresher course in customer service perhaps?

very bad services, you have no choice to select a treatment clinic nearby if it's not on their list even it's registered officially. No more 60% reimbursement for drugs.

Very bad experience. They don't have no considerations for people and their clients and only care about making profit. Our company pays them every year and when an employee has health problems, Empire makes it impossible for you to have any paybacks.

They have no respect for their clients - take care if your insurance ends, they have the habit to forget this and tax you for another month and then you have to wait for another month to have your money back. With no excuses, and have to force an explanation.

They cant even enter the information you've given them properly in there system. Now I'm waithing on the phone for a hour just to talk to someone to fix the problem

They overpaid me, I have to give the money back but they only take cheques... very inconvenient.
