Got a bouquet from them for my birthday that my boyfriend purchased, All of the roses in the bouquet were half dead.

Would not recommend. Does not provide what's been requested, and extremely poor customer service when asked for follow-up / further explanation.

Had to update my review with a couple photos. The Flower Workshop was incredible for my wedding. The florals for our arch were stunning and my bouquet was so beautiful. Thank you for helping us work within our budget and helping us with all the questions and annoying little changes we had to make.

VERY UNHAPPY with bouquets . If you are looking to do wedding flowers with them DO NOT! I was very dissapointed in what I ended up getting my wedding day as it was nothing like what we had agreed and discussed. had sent Rita pictures and gone over exactly what I wanted for my wedding bouquets which were very simple to do just small plain white roses with no greenery in them which I was assured I would get and when I received them day of there were only a few roses stuck in there with a ton of greenery and other flowers to fill it which was not at all what I wanted . I had also wanted to rent their arbour and a few days before the owner had completely forgotten we had discussed that so I had to use the one at venue I didn't want. The flower girl crowns looked like they were thrown together last minute with ribbon and some dried outbits of flower was all that was put into them(Looked like a Dollarama last minute craft) then the groomsmen boutineres were supposed to have magnets attached at the back so the pins wouldn't weight down their shirts and not make holes but got them and had pins so ruined all the men's shirts as well. They ran late the wedding day and also went over my budget that was agreed on and told was fine for what I wanted. Had I gotten what I simply asked for I would of accepted that but to go over and not even get what at all I discussed I was very upset with. I called and sent an email right after and have gotten ZERO response back from the company or owner. I feel completely scammed as I had full trust in them originally and was assured everything would be as I wanted. DO NOT GO if you want something specific for your wedding look else you will be dissapointed and ripped off.

Very impressed with the customer service. Julie was great to speak with over the phone and got a beautiful order out for me in record time. The arrangement was stunning as well.

My brother just had his Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, and it’s customary for the groom’s family to bring an stunning arrangement for the mother in-law.The Flower Workshop artists did a FABULOUS job! They incorporated the mother in law’s favourite flowers with a RED palette, which symbolizes luck and wealth, in our culture. The arrangement was grand and dynamic, showing lots of movement and richness in the flowers! I would highly recommend The Flower Workshop for ALL your floral needs, for any occasion!! ❤️

The flower workshop did the flowers for my wedding and knocked it SO far out of the park. From the most beautiful head table, to bouquet from heaven they absolutely crushed it. My mom also made arches for our ceremony which fell down in some gusts of wind (we set them up the Friday before ceremony Saturday) and ritas team found a way to keep them up right. I can't express my gratitude and appreciation to this incredible team. You HAVE to use them for your wedding there attention to detail and lush florals will make your event.
