CIBC Branch with ATM

I was hesitant calling this branch because of the bad reviews. I wanted to open a commercial account. I called the branch, Gerry answered and was super friendly and even more helpful. He got is in that day and got the account set up. Great guy, great experience. 5 stars.

Absolutely, unequivocally positively a bad bank with awful everything. Management is terrible, they are there to maximize the banks profits, not there for you or to help you. The tellers forget about it, they're rude ignorant and as usless people". I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS BANK IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY AND GET IT EVERY SINGLE CHANCE THEY GET. The frontline staff are nice enough and easy to deal with however this branch is managed very poorly otherwise. Asked for a simple transaction on some investments many weeks in advance, that was not accomplished, had to reach out several times to the branch, call after call, and finally was done with much exhaustion. Then fed lies regarding weather or not what was requested was done. No apologies, no taking responsibilities. Be a grown up and own up to your mistakes!

Horrible customer service. They are really rude and most of them have no idea what they are doing. Cooperate office should audit this location and hire new employees.

One of the worst branches ever. The reps are not at all nice. The advisor was adamant in arguing for wrong things. One of our transaction was for $1000 and we did not do it. The advisor in the bank said it was a mistake and for no reason she was giving unnecessary advises and did not listen to us.

Would give zero stars if possible. As many have said, poorly managed regarding tellers available. This branch does MANY foreign cash transactions, which often seem to take at least 20 minutes, so there should ALWAYS be two tellers available, or at least other banking personnel who could step in and do deposits or bill payments. Today my 86 year old mother, who has health issues, had to wait more than one hour in line as there was only one teller working and two people who were doing foreign cash transactions were over 30 minutes. I recently visited the CIBC Bank branch located at Huron Church in Windsor around 5:30PM on July 6, 2023 and had an incredibly disheartening experience with one of the tellers named Angie. It is with great disappointment that I write this review to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service I received.From the moment I approached the teller window, it was evident that Angie lacked even the most basic customer service skills. Not only did she fail to greet me with a simple hello
