Terrible... but it sounds like you recently acquired the business, so maybe in a while I'll stop again.My biggest issue was something that should never be an issue. I had money, and I wanted to spend it on your establishment. It was too complicated, and you could not find a way to take my money.Literally the whole point of your business is to take the money from my pocket and put it in your pocket, so... make it your entire goal and things will be better.

Water was cold, terrible water pressure, standing water in all the bays. I was billed $7 at the location card was billed $15 I’m sure it was the pre auth but it’s been a week so who knows

Brutal car wash. Rinse setting just kept soaping my vehicle. Don’t live in Whitecourt so absolutely won’t be going here again, but if you live in the area, avoid this place for sure.

The hose was way too long. I had to drag it with me.. It took up a lot of my paid time having to bring it along. Brush was really soapy which was great.
