GC SEPTIC N DRAIN

I recently had a bit of an emergency situation. I called GC Septic - the owner Greg said he would come by on his way to another job. My driveway had been paved the day before so he was unable to bring his truck up. He carried all his tools and camera from across the street (very hot day). It turned out to be a plumbing issue as opposed to septic - so he referred to me a plumber - so I called and Greg kindly explained the issue to him for me and he also is on his way. (Dwight from Sky Max) I feel the prompt response and the extra mile Greg went for me deserves many kudos and my recommendation for his business.

Recently we had the privilege of meeting Greg, from GC Septic N Drain.We felt our septic field wasn't draining properly and asked for his company to come out and inspect. Not only did he respond immediately, he arranged to visit on a Saturday so I was able to be in attendance.We have had our tank pumped previously but Greg went over and above to show me how my system was set up and how it should be functioning.Greg then used a camera system to examine the field bed pipes and a locator to give a precise location of each pipe. Apparently no drawings of this system were filed anywhere.Greg didn't stop there. He showed me how roots had invaded the system; he was able to clear most of them out with a pressure washer system and reestablish water flow.He was tireless in working on our system and we are very pleased with the results.Greg also offered referrals if we need to bring in an excavator in the future.The job site was left spotless and free of odours.Thank you Greg.

Great experience with Greg all summer, we had him come out to empty our trailer black tank often. He is always great to have, was always on time coming out to Fanny Bay and gave us tips on what works best for trailers. We had a septic issue over the holidays and after another company came over and did not fix the issue, Greg was so quick to respond and help us out! He really went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was fixed and did it all in terrible, snowy weather. We will make sure to have Greg do our regular septic maintenance from now on.
