Great experience with Codell Audio during our recent TV/sound system purchase. They took the time to explain all the video tech options to us, and didn't try to upsell on things we didn't need. In fact they counseled us on options we wouldn't use like gaming features, etc. Installation team was great as well, considerate of our home and furnishings while they installed the equipment. They took plenty of time to make sure we understood how everything worked and how to modify the options as we became accustomed to the system. Highly recommend Codell.

Absolutely first-class service! Ordered a relatively expensive item which required shipping from Quebec to BC. Frank at Codell Audio was extremely helpful and accommodating getting me exactly the item I wanted and shipping it a very timely manner. He kept in touch with me throughout the transaction and provided valuable information regarding any questions I had.Wouldn't hesitate for a moment purchasing through Codell Audio again in the future! My experience at Codell was positive from start to finish. You get a relaxed, no pressure, friendly atmosphere where the staff take their time to listen to your needs. I ended up buying a pair of Dynaudio Contour 60i speakers at a great deal without all the hype and pressure sales tactics that I've experienced from other retailers. Isodore and his staff are professionals that respect their customers. I even got a call from Izzy" to check up on me while I was unexpectedly hospitalized. Great service

I was in need of a streamer to round out the digital front end of my system, and the guys at the store made it a fun and relaxing experience. If I could give Codell Audio SEVEN stars out of five, I would :-) Isadore, the owner, and his knowledgeable team not only know audio but know how to relate to us audio/video enthusiasts . . . shopping at Codell is a fun AND learning experience in which they'll return our respect tenfold . . . I've been a client at Codell for over TWENTY years (yikes!) and have seen them evolve SO in- sync with the audio times, carrying the latest and bestest stuff along with legacy brands such as Dynaudio, Magnepan, Rel and Pass . . . the list goes and on . . . and ALL of this with the most fair and competitive prices anywhere! HIGHLY recommended!
