Worst lab, zero regards for appointment. When they say it’s appointment base only but allow patients to show up 30-40 minutes after their appointment time and take them in right away while others on time are waiting. I had an appointment at 330 and was not seen till 4:45 while someone showed up at 340 for their 3 appointment and was taking in. Waiting has delayed my other appointment. Their excuse is always oh we are short staffed or busy and behind. Well then have set rules, if you’re more then 10 minutes late you have to reschedule or wait. Not just walk in and get service. Super upset with this system as it’s not very far. Changes need to be made!

The Wilson Street location is always busy. Booking appointments online is highly recommended.

Is there an option to give them a negative star rating.Not once has my partner ever been attended to at the appointment time. They are always behind by at least 45 minutes if not more and almost always “short staffed” how is this feasible?Why bother with an appointment time if you have no intent to ever meet it.Highly recommend looking at another lifelab that is more organized in their operations.

so far so good. seemed to be well run and staff was always pleasant and helpful. I realize visit experiences can be very different and perhaps we are just a fit. I have used them for a few years now and have not had a negative experience. typical lab atmosphere and staff.

I had recent blood work at this lab and I was very impressed with the staff and their ability to receive patients and process them with efficiency. I also had the pleasure of having the technician engage with me while taking my blood. I told him I had a very good experience and thanked him for his expertise and friendliness.The staff at this location are doing a great job and the technician gets 5 stars from me!.

It's a good place, they always do the tests correctly to my knowledge. However both times I've gone for an untrasound I've been given incorrect medical information by my imaging tech (that my issue is normal and I shouldn't be concerned because I haven't had traditional intercourse). I let it go the first time but hearing it a second time from another was very disheartening. Obviously it's not normal if I'm coming in for several screenings. I'd advise tellling your techs not to give medical advice on things they know nothing about.Front desk staff and everyone else encountered are very pleasant.

My 8:05 appointment didn't happen until 8:30! I ended up late for work. Very frustrating that an early in the AM appointment can't be on time! Staff were really couteous and professional. My blood test didn't hurt a bit.

Now by appointment only; got rid of online walk-in booking. The wait system is inefficiently managed rather than triaged. During covid people had to line up outside, no shade, in open back alley small parking lot. Very limited seating inside, disorderly layout inside. Staff obviously frustrated and overworked, therefore don't really care anymore.

Made an appointment as instructed on line.This is second time now.Arrived 15 min early. Waiting for 30 minutes. 5 people arrived all late for their appointments. And all we’re processed. before me. 1130 appointment. Arrived at 1045 was allowed in at noon. The staff and nurses are always super nice and pleasant mind you. It’s just the appointment timing that is not great.
