Have been using Joyce heating services for quite a few years now for all our heating needs , whether that's for our pool furnace, our home furnace or just recently to replace our gas hot water tank . Always quick to respond, very courteous to talk to and very competitively priced . I really like being able to do business with a locally owned business that has been around for years. Dave the technician doesn't say a lot but really seems to know his stuff. They replaced our hot water tank within an hour and a half, no mess , no fuss. They will be doing the same thing for my son as well . You won't be disappointed.

We called Joyce Heating after our regular furnace service company rescheduled our service appointment for the second time in a row at short notice. Joyce Heating were able to book us in just a few days after my call and we were very happy with their service. The technician, Dave, figured out why our recently installed Nest thermostat was not getting any power, he installed a new condensation pump and serviced the furnace. All at a lower rate than the other company! We're going to stick with Joyce Heating from now on.

Excellent experience having my natural gas water heater tank replacement done by Joyce!Perfect experience from initial call, to quote, to booking, to installation, payment and permit inspection. Quality products, quality work, and fair, upfront pricing with no surprises. I paid exactly as quoted and am very satisfied with the work.Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable office manager whom knew the various products, rebates, and rough prices. I sent them some pictures, but due to installation conditions, they needed to do a no-charge in-person quote. I was glad for them to do that so that nobody would be surprised. The technician/estimator came on time and respected COVID19 protocol.After completing my due diligence and consideration of various quotes I decided to go with Joyce. Due to COVID, the water heater I wanted was actually unavailable locally - but Joyce managed to find an excellent alternative of similar price.Installation was smooth, easy and clean. Techs were friendly, efficient and respectful of the property. I discovered that the two techs, and the office manager were the long-term owners of the company and from the excellent experience I had, it definitely felt like they were interested in long-term customer satisfaction.

Mike was meticulous. He completed the job perfectly and in a timely manner. I will recommend them without hesitation.

New furnace, hot water tank & thermostat installedI contacted Joyce Heating services at the recommendation of my neighbour. I called and spoke with Diane and we set up an appointment for a quote. Diane was very professional & curious. Mike arrived on time. We discussed the various options. It was obvious that he had lots of experience and provided me with tons of information. After about a week of going back and forth through email and calls because I was asking additional questions about heat pump versus AC, I finally (they were very patient and responsive to all my questions), we settled on an installation date. Mike and Dave arrived on time and were finished within about 6.5 hrs, exactly what they had estimated. Before leaving, Mike went over our invoice, explained to me about the importance of registering the new furnace. Overall I give this company top marks for customer service, competitive pricing and professionalism, I highly recommend Joyce Heating ServicesNov.12, 2021 update:everything has been working perfectly! Before leaving on vacation mid Oct, I turned off my water heater to conserve energy. Today, Nov 12, my son arrived at our house but was having difficulty lighting the pilot light in the hot water tank. I called Joyce heating asking if they could send me an email with clear instructions I could forward to my son(we’re still away). I called my son to let him know I had contacted Joyce heating and that hopefully I would hear back soon. Five minutes later a technician shows up and lights the pilot light on the hot water tank…..now that’s a company that understands great customer service and goes above and beyond…thank you very much!! You’re GREAT!

Joyce heating is the way to go these guys are a great company to deal with new the problem before they even came over they had my furnace running in no time other company did not know how to fix any thing had to get refund from other company you want your furnace to run great Joyce is the only company you should be phoning

Our thermocouple needed replacement on our furnace. After contacting them, they were able to come out and replace it within 48 hours. Took less than 30 minutes. Great service and friendly people. They are the only ones we call when we need our furnace serviced. Highly recommended.
