Joseph and Esther are very straightforward-kind-of-salesperson. They helped me with a lot of choices especially my wedding is kind of rush. This store is actually my sister’s first choice because i bought my graduation gown here and the service never changed at all. I will highly recommend people to come and shop here. -Preggy lady

The store has been an amazing place for me to find all clothing for any type of events especially for my birthdays over the years. The store owners are amazing and have great customer service. Nothing but just exceptional at J’adore!

Went to find a dress and there where two lady’s working in there I asked for help one went and showed me two outfits then put them back and went back talking to her co worker. No customer service I left because they was so dam rude! I won’t be spending my money there.

Was at Jadore today. The man I presume to be the owner followed me around the store the whole time. He also proceeded to let me know there's nothing in the store less than 50 dollars, like as if I asked (I didn't). Unless you enjoy being racially profiled, don't bother with this store. Was a complete turn off and I would definitely never spend my money on a business like that. I left.

Worst service! The lady over there was so rude, she treats customer in an indecent way.She gave a weird look, when I was trying to feel the quality of the material that I was about to buy. The price is too much. She charged be $28 for a small shawl. So upset..! Badly lacks hospitality!! They deserve 0 not even 1 star!!

Don‘t go to this store. The employees are so rude. Me and my friend got racially profiled. I felt so uncomfortable.
