Best opticians in Sudbury. I've tried others and always came back. Might be a bit more expensive but you can't beat the selection or the service.

Super friendly staff and a very thorough eye exam. They shipped my new glasses so I didn't have to drive the two hours to pick them up. I love my new glasses. Will absolutely be going back.

You are brutal, I just saw your commercial and it's such a lie. As soon as your team heard I had benefits, they took every penny from me. Now I need new glasses and I need to wait 2 years because of you.even though I have double coverage, you and your so called team should have known to guide Me and tell me to wait for my second pair but they insisted for me to get the 300 dollar glasses anyway.. never going back

Worst experience of my life! Receptionist was so rude and dismissive, they refused to direct bill my secondary insurance. They stated it was against company policy, even tho they did it for my husband, flat out told me if the secondary insurance was Vale they wouldDirect bill, but since it’s city benefits it wasn’t good enough!!I will never return to this place ! Receptionist need training on customer service! WORST PLACE EVER!!!

Just a few minutes left before closing, my son was able to bring my glasses In to be repaired. He encountered a young lady about to leave,told her why he was there, she took the glasses and asked him to wait In his car. A few minutes later, she came out with the repaired product. NOW, THAT IS GREAT SERVICE. thank you so much.

This is the second time I go to see Dr. Roy and his staff as well as purchase my eyewear from there. The whole experience, from start to finish, has always been great. My family and I will continue to go back for years to come.

Extremely poor customer service provided by all - with the exception of one - female staff members; perhaps due to my Indigenous background/features? With that level of disrespect I 10/10 wouldn’t recommend this optician to anyone. I feel sick after being in that environment. Do better.

I’ve been a customer here since I bought my first pair of corrective lenses in 2016. Here’s my experience:I have never had a negative experience at Gagnon. I’ve brought in my glasses for- Impromptu nose pad replacements,- Had my lenses replaced under warranty twice, one of which occurred the day of this review post.- Suggested to a friend to bring his frames in for a repair that was needed urgently and went with him.In every single one of these visits, I found the staff helpful, especially when it came to selecting the right frames. I’m a little picky on frame choice and the lady helping me was always patient, especially when I purchased my first pair. I must have tried on 8 different frames.My warranty replacements were always done in an hour or less and I find the overall service great. I never felt like I was being served poorly.I will continue purchasing my frames and corrective lenses here until it’s time for LASIK.

My mom needed new prescriptions glasses and Gagnon opticians was super convenient! Convenient location with good parking and great selection of products!Would definitely highly recommend!
