Have used for every kids party I have planned for the last three years and am never disappointed. The quality of items are amazing for the price and I love how many personalized options there are. They also have so many themes to choose from, if you are looking for something very niche there is a 99% chance they have what you need. Have recommended to several people who are looking for party supplies and they are always pleasantly surprised!

Great selection and even better customer service! I reached out for help with a few items and the staff (Jamie and Monique) were so lovely and helpful! All my items came in the mail quickly and I'm just so pleased with everything. Can't say enough good things!

I found this company online about 10+ years ago and have loved using them since. Their selection is great. Price is very fair. Quality is spot on. Shipping unbelievably cheap considering its in Canada and shipping is typically not good. One of my last orders needed to be rushed, and they made it happen. So thankful that Canada has a company like this. We should all be supporting them so it remains open. LOVE THIS STORE!

I've ordered from this place several times and the service just keeps getting better. Got sick over the holidays and forgot to order my daughters party supplies, only 4 days until the party with not a single party item on hand. Spoke to a lovely lady and she helped me get my order quick. Got my order the NEXT DAY!!!!!!

I am so impressed with this company. The customer service was exceptional.I got told at the last minute, that I was in charge of decorating for a birthday party. I wanted something that wasn’t the typical, generic, 40th birthday decor andI managed to find what I was looking for at Open A Party. However, I was on a tight timeline and didn’t know if it would make it here on time.I emailed customer service, explained my situation and asked if it could be shipped out ASAP.I got a call the next morning and the girl on the phone helped me adjust my order so that everything would make it on time.No questions asked and no attitude (which I fully expected I was going to get) for me being ‘that customer’, who was asking for the almost impossible. lol.They got it shipped promptly and it arrived the next day!!!Not only that, but I got a hand written note in the box, advising me on an idea of what I could do in place of the items I had to cancel in order to get it here quicker.The entire team went above and beyond!I am very grateful for their patience, understanding and speedy service.I will be 100% be back and will be recommending to my friends.Keep up the awesome work!

I have ordered for multiple birthday parties, Christmas orders, loot bags, gifts etc. All of their printed personalized stuff comes exactly as stated on the website. I have never been disappointed. I recently placed an order and they called me to notify me that one of the items was out of stock before they sent out the order. As president of a social club i'm always looking for new ideas, products and party favors for our events. Over the past few years we've puchased several times from Open A Party (hundreds of items) and never dispointed. The treats are fresh and as shown on site. Customer service was top notch. Our club plans to condtinue using Open A Party for future events.

Absolutely AMAZED with this place!! Was skeptical at first because of some of their reviews but believe me when I say the quality is AMAZING!! Only place apart amazon that I could find Raya themed decorations, and they had WAY more than amazon. Custom door sign and thank you notes were spot-on. Literally within a week of ordering I received my package! Honestly love this place and will order here from now on for all my parties. Thank you so much!!!

I used Open A for the first time during COVID, as all of the bricks & mortar retailers were closed and my daughter was celebrating her second birthday. I will never use another party supplier. Open A has a massive selection for every theme you could think of. The offering of personal items is an added bonus and the quality of their products is second to none.
