It has been two months since the final inspection and the report has still not been filed with Enbridge. I would not use their services again.

Horrible company, they come in and don't bring the proper equipment. They go into your attic and leave insulation all over the floor for you to clean up yourself. One of the guys today was EXTREMELY rude and raising his voice to us. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Avoid at all costs! I used this awful company for the Canada Greener Homes Grant Pre- and Post- audits and the service is TERRIBLE. Both times I had to chase them for the reports and both times it took over 5 weeks. Totally unacceptable customer service. They should be removed from the list of approved auditors.

I was very impressed by Nav's services for the Green Home Grant inspections. He was on time and very professional during the inspection, explaining how everything works and what to expect.I really appreciate his advice on how to make my townhouse more environmentally sustainable - which helped with my post-installation bill.and kind enough to follow up with me after the final inspection.Moreover, Nav kindly helped me to resolve some of the issues I faced with my grant application.

I'd recommend Andrew Hay if you're looking for an energy audit performed quickly in Ottawa for the Greener Homes grant. Andrew was able to come quite quickly whereas other auditors couldn't come for months. He was also a huge help in finding air leakage spots during the blower door test. I ended up meeting the 10% reduction needed to get the air leakage grant and I doubt I would have gotten this if it wasn't for Andrew taking the time to help find the major leakage areas.
