Not what I expected! This place is great for your child's next birthday party. Ordering in your own food is convenient. Kids loved it. Many levels to the structure to accommodate all different ages. There's even a little ball pit!

Need appropriate sitting space for parents who bring their kids for playing. Those 2~3hrs are really uncomfortable experience for parents/elderly who have no option except to wander around. The couch provided at front entrance is useless as people put goodie bags and gifts on it.Shoe removal space should be dried during winter by various means. The carpet is always wet making socks wet and also gets salt crumbs on it. Please consider this as well.Please provide chairs and appropriate sitting space and keep the shoe removal area clean and dry.

I was skeptical about booking here after all the reviews but I thought this place was fantastic! We just had my sons 3rd birthday. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The kids had an absolute blast. As long as you have your stuff organized and times planned out I think it's a fair amount of time. We would definitely book here again!

My experience unfortunately was terrible the staff make u feel like your being pushed out the door and spray cleaner next to you as you eat. I asked to be slightly compensated as weather was bad and four kids showed up, the staff told me no and they have no control over it. I spend $280 on the party and left feeling un satisfied. I spoke to a manager and After a forty minute convo she told me they would send me $50 off my next visit and my child would receive a gift. I was happy with that. It took a month to get the package as they had issues and were supper busy the manager said. When I opened it it was a cheap enchanted castle t shirt that was ripped and faded, I was extremely upset as my child is six. I called back in regards to a new shirt and was told that the rip wasn't their fault which it isn't but it isn't mine either. Needless to say I won't be using the $50 gift card because I will not be back! I would have just been happy with $50 back of my money but guess they need it more. Maybe they can higher cleaners to clean and disinfect the whole play area!

This place is absolutely horrible and should be avoided at all costs. The employees are totally indifferent to their overpaying customers. The incompetent girls overseeing the place during my time there had the audacity to start turning lights off and shut areas down, making them off limits, ONE HOUR into my two hour session, obviously eager to leave early while my kids and their birthday guests were using the play areas. They basically had to be forced to stop shutting the place down around us, reluctantly keeping it partially open until we were finally asked to leave 15 minutes before the end of our paid time. This treatment ruined the birthday party experience for us, and we didn't have the inclination to argue at the time.In addition, the facilities were mediocre and supplied drinks were watered down Kool Aid and tepid coffee. This is a very very poor excuse for a business. I hope that potential customers benefit from my experience and STAY AWAY!Some advice to the owners and managers of this place:1. Hire competent employees who will at least pretend to care.2. Ensure that your customers have a stress-free experience.3. At the very least, uphold your part of the agreement and provide the services your customers have PAID for without stealing away their time after the fact.PEOPLE, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

We had a party for our 1 year old. Play area for the kids were great but way too rushed, we didn't even get to sit and relax because the staff were always on us, rushing us. You don't get the 2hours, the parties shouldn't be back to back, there should be times in between each party where you have time to set up and clean up before and after your party hours. It's not fair for anybody to get rushed out during your own party when you are paying for it. Disappointed

We did a party at enchanted castle Oshawa and it was a terrible experience. We paid a large amount to book here for two hours and were rushed out the door pretty much the entire party. You DO NOT get two hours! Don't waste your money. Another party litetally started and was decorated before ours ended. The staff harassed me the whole time and rushed us out of their before our time. I called to complain and nothing was done for us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Things they say are included in your package - we got about half. And didn't get them until about halfway through a two hour party (example: coffee, balloons). no time to set up. Just awful. I would absolutely not recommend to anyone. They charge you huge and do not deliver. worst place I have ever booked a party at by far! I am so upset about our experience. Would not want another parent to waste over $300 at this place. I cannot Express enough how much of a waste of money this is. Also - some equipment was not working. Such a joke!

Had my three year old daughter's birthday party in Oshawa, 6-8:30 pm time slot (we extended our time by 30 minutes, officially started our party at 6:15 pm). We were able to set up right at 6 pm without issue. The staff were very helpful. They continuously checked in with us to see what we wanted to do at what time and answered any questions we had.Booking process was easy. Received a call a week before to confirm pizza choices and options for the party. Any questions I had were answered without issue.Location was kept tidy and the staff cleaned up messes as they appeared. Transition from pizza, to cake, to present opening was quick and easy. There was ample seating for our party size (approximately 25-30 people with children).Piece of advice - if you're hosting the party, pack some extra socks for guests just in case they forget theirs. Saves a few extra dollars.Overall, wonderful experience for all. I would definitely consider returning for future birthday parties.

Well i was at the Whitby Enchanted Castle for my Grandsons birthday ..i would never tell anyone to go there .Like a assembly line and 1/2 hour before the 2 hr. get out policy ...while people were still eating they were removing the food and taking the tablecloths off the tables ...it was 4-6 and no party's after us. I can see a two hour policy but then after the 2 hours clean up not before the 2 hrs. is up .A horrible experience ....better places than this ...

Solid place. I'd like to use my parental standards, but really what matters here is if my kids loved it. In this case, I give this place a solid 4 because:1) It has a nice place for younger kids and cool areas for older kids.2) The staff was very helpful.3) It's clean and bright.4) It has a foosball table.5) It has a cool ballpit with a vertical vaccuum that dumps the balls into a basket above, that can then by unloaded all of the kids' heads :)6) They have free juice and popcorn.7) The price is reasonable (2 kids for $15 HST included).I would give this place a solid 5 if not for the fact that one of the guns that shoot the plush balls are broken, and they only open 10-12pm on Monday to Friday for drop-ins.
