Healthy Birth Choices

We took this course with Rhonda in early 2022. I would highly recommend it to anyone pregnant (maybe even if you've taken other birth classes). I but also very importantly my husband felt well informed about the variety of situations to expect and options (interventions, etc.) heading into labour, as well as techniques for encouraging labour and delivery. My husband was an outstanding support person during labour and I know it's due to all the information and training we received through this course. We implemented many of the techniques discussed and practiced in class - very effective even in a fully virtual setting. Rhonda also presented the information as factual and not judgemental which was huge for us. Highly recommend!

Way above-standard for birthing education! Curriculum is designed to heavily involve the mother’s partner/support person (coach), which we found extremely helpful in getting us ready for our first birth experience. Good mix of in-person classes and online “homework” material. Rhonda and Sue are extremely knowledgeable and thorough!

A must for first time parents. We took the two day course for childbirth and breastfeeding. This course allowed us to understand so much more about childbirth and armed us with so much more knowledge about our choices and procedures.
