My front yard tree was in need for a good trim... big branches over the garage and house etc. 4 people showed up in the morning. They discussed with me in details what is required, what can be done, and by noon the tree was very well trimmed and the driveway was clean. The company did a professional job for a fair price. I strongly recommend their services.

I reached out to Shane at Five Star after speaking with a competitor who quoted me for a tree removal job at a rate that seemed unreasonable to me. Shane was able to visit my property within perhaps an hour of our phone call and provide me a quote on site that was a fraction of what the prior company and a third company quoted me. Shane’s team of four worked professionally for two hours to remove two dead trees one of which was fractured and tangled in a healthy tree and their work saw that the healthy tree was preserved my property wasn’t damaged and my fence was preserved and the nearby powerline that I would’ve been liable for if any damage occurred was protected as well. This wasn’t a quick or simple job nevertheless Shane and his team were able to provide great value and service and I look forward to working with them again and referring them to my personal network in the meantime.

A giant thank you to Shane and his team. They were great from beginning to end, and it wasn't an easy job. A mature tree, growing over two houses, and in need of trimming to prevent damage to both roofs. Successfully completed, without any damage to property and left everything tidy. I had to remove three dead trees from my backyard. One of them was a large tree of heaven on the property line. We had more than 10 professional companies onsite and most of them rejected the job because of its complexity (large dead tree, narrow lot, very close to two properties). Five Star Tree Services team not only accepted the challenge but also gave the best price by a wide margin. Shane consulted me professionally with all the steps to get an arborist report and getting necessary permit exemptions from the city. On the day of removal, he deployed 4 other team members to take care of tree cutting and wood removal, which all happened in one day. Specifically, his main climber Seth was a super star (professional, polite and capable) who performed the job with absolutely no damage to the our properties. A true master of his trade. All the neighbors were happy and relieved as a result of the great work that Five Star Tree Services team did for us. I highly recommend Shane and his team.

Excellent professional service! The team cut 3 tall trees in pretty limited space without any damage. They removed branches and leaves and left lawn very clean. Highly recommended!
