Kilworth Car Wash

Prompt owner, clean facility and great experience over all every time i go there to use their wash (and i do it often). I use self serve car wash most of the time and even though it is a bit of a drive for me to come to Kilworth, I think the experience is well worth it. Had a slight misunderstanding around using my credit card and i emailed, to which Steve responded and clarified quickly. Very impressed. Will definintely recommend hands down to anyone in and around London !!!

This is the only place I will be using from now on. The soft touch is absolutely amazing, and my truck comes out looking brand new again. I just purchased a gift card, and during the process I communicated with Lisa, and met Steve when I grabbed the card. These are two of the nicest people I have met in quite some time who genuinely care about their customers. I will now only be using this car wash not just because of the amazing washes, but also because of how amazing the customer service is. Kindness goes a long way to me, so Steve and Lisa, please know that you guys both made my day, and I will not only be putting my family onto this car wash, but all of my friends as well. Thank you so much!!

They have coin wash and automatic car wash (touchless and soft). Everything is new and clean. The vacuum didn't had all the options available.A lot of options for the coin wash including a rain-x coatingI'm not sure if it's possible but it would be nice to have an option just to dry the car in the automatic car wash

This is an update to my original post from last summer.After an initial disappointing wash, I posted my comments and then had a friendly discussion with the owner.The owner is a local gentleman who cares very much about his community and his customers, and we actually had an opportunity to meet him in person as well. Given we are only 4 km away, that was another nice surprise.The owner informed me that they tweak the machinery to provide customers with the best clean possible and he was not kidding. After I described what happened to my car (recall the side and wheels were quite dirty after using the touchless service), he must have done something different because this time the car sparkled so much you can see the company logo bouncing off the hood of my car in the images below.As you can see from the images, I went in with a car covered in salt and road grit and came out with what appears to be a brand-new car.Now THAT's good local company to support!!

Their soft touch wash works great. Newer equipment is much safer for the paint (to prevent scratches, etc) and the quality of the wash was excellent. It takes about 6.5 minutes for it to run through its cycle and does a thorough job including the wheels.

I use the hand wash. Everything works great all the time. And there are lots of options to pick to clean your vehicle

I have not actually used any of their services, but have purchased an Ultimate package to use once I can not longer wash the car at home. I had the privilege of meeting with Lisa and must say with the customer service I received will be using this car wash service. Also have recommended to my friends that should be checking it out.

What a spectacular car wash. Cutting edge new technology. The owners are offering free washes until next Thursday. Check them out, the outcome was awesome. I have been to many car washes and this one is far ahead of others.
