Employee was really rude and made it too uncomfortable to remain in the store.

I'll give a detailed review as to why it is a one-star review. I go into the store asking if there is any kind of kids like toy phone chargers for phones and good old Jared made me feel like no matter what question I asked even in the nicest way he still made me feel like I was an inconvenience at the store what a good way to represent the company's name. I was simply asking him if he had any kid like Chargers that was maybe Pokemon related and he replied will what kind of phones man in a kind of weird mean tone and I just said well any kind of Chargers or anyting that would be for Chargers as I do have a variety of phones that use different phone chargers. So he asks well can you be more specific please. And even after he said it in a rude way back can you be more specific please I was still I don't know why patient with him and said well any kind of phone chargers just anyting Pokemon related that I could buy and maybe they would like being very invasive about any questions I was asking what great customer service you're not going to make me buy anything if you're being invasive about every question I'm asking and also at the same time making me feel like I'm a total nuisance an inconvenience to the store buy just asking simple innocent questions about phone chargers that maybe have some kind of kid relation to it or maybe cool-looking Chargers that kids like and it didn't matter what way I asked him he made it so unpleasant that I gave this establishment one-star review and thankfully there was another person in the store only one other than myself that overheard the same thing that was going on and when the customer left and seen me later on at the mall said I can't believe you even had the patience to even deal with that guy after being so nice and I said I know but I was desperate to buy a charger for myself and some friends. You know what's a crying shame is that I come here time to time to look in and see the new cool variety of items but because of good old Jared I'm never coming back because it didn't matter what I did or said and even as nice as I was I shouldn't have been nice back to him when he was so unpleasant from the very beginning and made me feel like I was a total inconvenience that's not customer service last time I checked anyways I won't be coming back here I won't be spending any more money here and I was an avid customer for quite some time and I won't ever be coming here again because of this awful customer service. You know there is a thing called Amazon and eBay my friends!!

Great selection but you'd get 5 stars if gave accurate appraisals on the video games being traded in. And before you argue that it's what needs to happen for you to make a profit, I know that, I just can't really support a store who regularly underpays their customers for their trade-ins. Be better. Dont be so concerned about money, you're turning into EA Games.

Why does the store always smell like foul body odour? Literally every time I’ve gone, it absolutely STINKS. I went just the other day actually, and it was so bad my wife literally had to leave at risk of throwing up. Just go to the Trenton one where they actually shower.

Unfortunately you only get 3 stars due to the absolutely rude staff member working Fri Mar 10 7pm. The gentleman that helped us and rung us out was absolutely fabulous. The older, pot bellied man who blatantly hates his job and took it out on the fabulous employee, is another story. Condescending, impatient and rude to his fellow employee and in front of a customer no less- was unacceptable. This was my first time at this location-and probably my last.

Easily the smallest EB you will ever go to. Bit they use the space wisely. No better place to go for your gaming and gaming related things. Staff is amazing. Always knowledgeable and helpful

I bought a game for my son and asked for a gift receipt. When he went to exchange the game, it was on sale. They only gave him credit for the sale price of the game. This was a difference of $25.00. Not happy.

Great location! Always has deals, very good with pre-ordering, and if they don't have something you want, they'll try to see if they can order from other stores! Staff are always friendly, helpful, and intuitive!! A regular stop for me whenever I am in the mall, as there's almost always something new!
