Unless you’re booking with Rosa, Jenny or Kate. I would avoid at all costs. I use to go here for YEARS with family and friends. Now … the service has gone extremely downhill. Even when you make an appt expect to wait from 20mins and as long as an hour after your scheduled appointment time.

It may be worthwhile to go to this place for acrylic nails and fancy designs but it is the worst place for shellac or natural nails.They treat natural nails like acrylic or artificial nails. To hurry through the manicure they over use the electric nail drill for shaping and polishing even natural nails. This shapes the edges so thin that hey chip easily. Even after multiple requests the girl continued to use the drill replying that it will be ok". I went for a shellac and my nails started to chip and changed color easily. I went back to get a regular manicure and it was worst. Not only were my nails brittle

Absolutely love this salon! Everytime i come i have the best experience, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Today I got a design for the first time and my nail tech was so patient and kind to me! She gave me great recommendations as well. I will always come back here

My husband and I went for pedicures and manicures which was such a wonderful experience! The owner was so personable and greeted us like we've known her for ages and was very upfront about the fees and any add ons and there were no surprises with pricing unlike other salons I've been to. The nail techs were thorough and so meticulous. Other nail salons I've been to have been good and my toes always look good but this was just next level. I've never seen such detailed and perfect work on my toes....

You can tell that they are not liscenced but more of a family business that is not hospitable or professional . I came in to get a design that they said they could not do but never recomended anything else that was close to what I wanted . Instead they gossip and reducible your choice n try to confuse you to have a plain colour n still pay the same price . This shows their lack of customer retention n the need to rip people off. Don’t waste your time going there to get real nail designs,you will end up paying for services that promise a negative outcome especially if you are black.

I went there twice and had horrible experience. I showed them reference pic in advance and at end when they were not able to do that, they wanted me to pay extra for another design. The new set i got done started coming off in a week and pedicure that i got done, the lady scrubbed it so bad, it left scratch marks on my foot. I seriously wonder how this place has such high rating and i went there considering that only. But honestly i would never go back there nor would recommend anyone else to.

I first went here 2-3 weeks ago, after not being able to find a good salon. The first picture is from then, and I was over the moon about Jenny's service! She shaped them how I wanted perfectly, the ombre was amazing.I went back today, and Jenny did my nails again. She did not disappoint! The second picture is from today.This salon is like a dream come true for me, and I will be coming here from now on to get my nails done. I HIGHLY recommend Jenny for anyone wanting to get their nails done, especially acrylic. Her work is wonderful. Thank you so much!

The nail techs are friendly and courteous.However, I got UV gel nail polish on acrylics on Sunday and by Tuesday, there are chips in the polish. Very disappointed.

Miss Perfect Nails
I got a pedicure with Rosa, the staff and herself are very friendly. Rosa did an amazing job on my feet, she is a very well experienced nail technician. Her technique and skills are awesome. I was glad that she checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable! Pricing was reasonable as I also got acrylic and a wax. I will definitely be coming back.
