Good vibes only! This is my favourite pet store in town! Luke has cultivated a phenomenal crew, everyone is always friendly, happy and helpful! I am always happy to come in and always leave with a huge smile on my face. Excellent selection, well stocked and very clean store. Amazing customer service! Jasper is a great supervisor :)

So friendly here. My dog is shy and the staff was so nice an patient to let her get used to them and helped me with my training. A very positive experience for me and my dog here. Now when I go my dog is excited to go inside to see them.

The nice Lady at the store helped me pick out a choker for my dog and I can't be happier with the purchase. I am able to control my big husky much better with the choker - it's built from solid materials and if properly maintained will last the full dogs life. I've bought haltees, muzzles and other harnesses and nothing has worked as well as this product. It's easy to take on and off when we go on a walk, just gotta be careful the dog doesn't yank his head out of the choker. The dog even seems more comfortable with the chocker then a standard collar. I plan on going back and buying a second one for my Golden.
